Magnolia Place est parfait pour les réunions de groupe de toutes sortes avec couchage pour accueillir 46 personnes. Votre fonction de groupe trouvera tout ce dont ils ont besoin à Magnolia Place, puis certains. Situé en face de Dollywood et Splash County Magnolia Place dispose de 10 chambres et 10 salles de bains ainsi que 2 chambres superposées séparées pour dormir 46 personnes. Ces deux unités dans un bâtiment vous offrent 2 cuisines séparées et une grande salle à manger vous offre de nombreuses possibilités de montage. Il y a des bains à remous saunas balançoire hamac salle d'arcade table de billard centre de fitness piscine intérieure / extérieure pavillon de pique-nique terrain de baseball terrains de football sentiers de randonnée et foyer extérieur tous disponibles pour vos besoins de divertissement. Si vous avez besoin d'espace, il y a également deux centres de conférence et un lieu de mariage sur place avec des salles de sous-commission et des cuisines de restauration. The cabin was very nice, clean and close to most of the attractions. But it can use some updated appliance’s such as washer, dryer and oven. The whole place almost caught fire because of the old dryer motor. We had 24 people staying in the cabin including someone with oxygen. Things could have turn ugly really quick. The smoke alarm is what saved our lives that day, other wise we would have been dead. No apologies or discount offer.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the safety concerns and the outdated appliances. We take all safety issues seriously and have replaced the dryer in question. We reached out to you on 11/7 the day after the incident and requested photos and information about the clothing you mentioned that had been damaged. We were waiting on hearing back from you before including that total in any compensation we provided. We've yet to hear back but if you are able to contact us we can close out the incident and get you the appropriate compensation for the inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back for a safer experience.

AWESOME property

We absolutely loved Magnolia Place! Our group of 40 had plenty of room, and the dining room was large enough for everyone to meet together. The location is also perfect if you want to stay out of the traffic chaos of Pigeon Forge. We really can’t say enough good things about our stay - I would highly recommend this property to any group planning to visit the Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg area!

Family reunion

We had 22 people plus 2 dogs staying there. We had plenty of room and everyone enjoyed the fact that there was so much to do there. We were able to visit and each family cooked a meal and we all ate together.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay and would do it again. There was plenty of space and more than enough beds as we had some family members coming and going at various times during our weekend reunion. Very adequately stocked kitchen for all our cooking needs as well as plenty of towels and wash clothes. Truly enjoyed the unit. Thanknyou Eden Crest!

Great Cabin

This is a great cabin. Everything was great. The only issues we had were that the upstairs rooms were missing their curtains or shades for privacy, and the rooms were not laid out as described in the provided room information. It was nothing we couldn't change and adapt to on the fly.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Family Getaway

House had plenty of space for our group of 24. So many beds we did not have to use. Was really nice each bedroom had its own bathroom-- no one waiting in line--LOL. Barely saw the teens and little ones as they were in the large game room whenever we were at the house. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg minutes away. Two kitchens and two living rooms was so much room. Would recommend this house to anyone

Hughes family reunion

Overall it was pretty nice but there were a few things that could use some work on.handrails leading up the steps were very wobbly. There was a broken rocking chair on the porch. Smoke alarms need repair.old cigarette butts in the yard. None of this affected stay, we had a very enjoyable time!

Pros:1. There is plenty of space for a large gatheringCons:1. All of the bunkbeds were dirty and yellowed, with only a a very thin mattresss cover. One of the twin beds you could actually see the coils coming through.2. All of the couches are pull out beds but they are very old and uncomfortable to sit on. You can feel the springs.3. There was a deep freezer in one of the kitchens and it was not working and was very dirty, like it has been sitting there unused.4. We had a ton on stink bugs inside the house.5. Countertops were cracked and one of the refrigerators was leaking water at the bottom.6. There is not a lot of outdoor space. The hot tub in the back under the gazebo was locked and unusable.Overall, we had 18 people stay here, so there was plenty of room. You have to go to the office to actually check in which is about 3-4 miles away from the cabin. The cabin was clean, except for the stink bugs all over the place. There needs to be a lot of updating to furniture before we would stay again.

We had a great time

This place was amazing! We were very impressed by the size of the home and the cleanliness. Acesss to the home was easy and convenient and left no room for you to be locked out, simply type in your access code and the door opens. This house has everything you need from: linen, irons, cookware, plates, cups, and etc. It easily housed our family of 27 including children from 8mo -14years of age. We enjoyed the amenities available to us such as game room with pool table and movie theater, kids game room, grill( in the back yard), two jacuzzis, basketball court, and pool located down the road. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Jeep Invasion Group

Came down for the GSM Jeep Invasion with a group of 9 Jeepers from Kentucky. Had a good time at this cabin. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Only two minor issues, none of the ceiling fans were quiet. If the fans were on you could hear it like bearings going out and carpet needs to be deep cleaned or update. Overall still a great cabin and will come back next year, if possible.

Great property for a large family reunion

We had good time except for the bug bites. Multiple people and children got bites. Some of the bites looked like bed bugs. Other bites might have been spider bites but they were painful and are still not totally healed 2 to 3 weeks later. We tried calling to tell management but no one answered or returned our call.

We are sorry to hear that you received insect bites during your stay. We do have the cabins on a routine monthly pest control regimen. Being in the Smoky Mountains we are a biosphere for insects and critters. Unfortunately they do make their ways into the cabins sometimes. We are sorry that you had trouble reaching us.
