Magnolia Place est parfait pour les réunions de groupe de toutes sortes avec couchage pour accueillir 46 personnes. Votre fonction de groupe trouvera tout ce dont ils ont besoin à Magnolia Place, puis certains. Situé en face de Dollywood et Splash County Magnolia Place dispose de 10 chambres et 10 salles de bains ainsi que 2 chambres superposées séparées pour dormir 46 personnes. Ces deux unités dans un bùtiment vous offrent 2 cuisines séparées et une grande salle à manger vous offre de nombreuses possibilités de montage. Il y a des bains à remous saunas balançoire hamac salle d'arcade table de billard centre de fitness piscine intérieure / extérieure pavillon de pique-nique terrain de baseball terrains de football sentiers de randonnée et foyer extérieur tous disponibles pour vos besoins de divertissement. Si vous avez besoin d'espace, il y a également deux centres de conférence et un lieu de mariage sur place avec des salles de sous-commission et des cuisines de restauration. The cabin was very nice, clean and close to most of the attractions. But it can use some updated appliance’s such as washer, dryer and oven. The whole place almost caught fire because of the old dryer motor. We had 24 people staying in the cabin including someone with oxygen. Things could have turn ugly really quick. The smoke alarm is what saved our lives that day, other wise we would have been dead. No apologies or discount offer.

Pros:1. There is plenty of space for a large gatheringCons:1. All of the bunkbeds were dirty and yellowed, with only a a very thin mattresss cover. One of the twin beds you could actually see the coils coming through.2. All of the couches are pull out beds but they are very old and uncomfortable to sit on. You can feel the springs.3. There was a deep freezer in one of the kitchens and it was not working and was very dirty, like it has been sitting there unused.4. We had a ton on stink bugs inside the house.5. Countertops were cracked and one of the refrigerators was leaking water at the bottom.6. There is not a lot of outdoor space. The hot tub in the back under the gazebo was locked and unusable.Overall, we had 18 people stay here, so there was plenty of room. You have to go to the office to actually check in which is about 3-4 miles away from the cabin. The cabin was clean, except for the stink bugs all over the place. There needs to be a lot of updating to furniture before we would stay again.

AWESOME property

We absolutely loved Magnolia Place! Our group of 40 had plenty of room, and the dining room was large enough for everyone to meet together. The location is also perfect if you want to stay out of the traffic chaos of Pigeon Forge. We really can’t say enough good things about our stay - I would highly recommend this property to any group planning to visit the Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg area!

Hughes family reunion

Overall it was pretty nice but there were a few things that could use some work on.handrails leading up the steps were very wobbly. There was a broken rocking chair on the porch. Smoke alarms need repair.old cigarette butts in the yard. None of this affected stay, we had a very enjoyable time!

Great Cabin

This is a great cabin. Everything was great. The only issues we had were that the upstairs rooms were missing their curtains or shades for privacy, and the rooms were not laid out as described in the provided room information. It was nothing we couldn't change and adapt to on the fly.

Nice for a crowd

Our extended family spent 3 nights here over Thanksgiving vacation. It was great in that there was a lot of room, 2 kitchens, game rooms, huge dining room. There were maintenance issues: the one hot tub wasn't working, some of the fireplaces wouldn't turn on. The kitchens are not very well stocked with linens. Appliances are pretty old. Someone did come and fix the hot tub, so we could use it for the last day we were there. Also, the lock code stopped working before our check out time, which was sort of unhandy. We made a lot of good memories.

Family Getaway

House had plenty of space for our group of 24. So many beds we did not have to use. Was really nice each bedroom had its own bathroom-- no one waiting in line--LOL. Barely saw the teens and little ones as they were in the large game room whenever we were at the house. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg minutes away. Two kitchens and two living rooms was so much room. Would recommend this house to anyone

Big House

If you are just looking for a huge house with 9 bedrooms and 12 sets of bunk beds and don't care if there are many maintenance issues, this is the house for you! However, if toilets running all night, faucets and showers constantly dripping, oven not working, torn linoleum, old appliances, shower curtain and towel holders falling down, etc., then I would think twice about renting this house. The management company did notify the maintenance technician who came in a reasonable amount of time, but he was unable to repair most of the issues. The house is old and has not been maintained properly, but it is spacious for a large number of people and fun for kids.

Fun family time

A conveniently located property for our family, we had plenty of bathrooms, lots of dining space, well equipped kitchens, front porch could use a few more rockers. We used the nice ball field but the pool was out of order the entire week. A few of the games did not work but our maintainence guy did what he could for the air hockey game. He responded quickly to smaller issues. Water pressure upstairs was very low but there was plenty of hot water. Location was just minutes away from our activities . Our group of 35 had a great time.

Family reunion with 34 people

We had 8 families with kids ranging from 16-1. There were plenty of beds for everyone but they are awful mattresses and extremely noisy. The water pressure was also terrible. Many of the drains did not drain and showers were a trickle. Many of the games in the gam room had broken pieces, and some of the fans had blades missing. For the price though it was fine and met our families needs. The hot tubs were a bonus as they were not listed in the the description of the rental. The community pool was also really nice and had towels there to use which is always a bonus.

Plenty of space

We use this property for a family reunion.. the house had plenty of space for our 40 plus guests... the game rooms kept the kids busy and the 2 how tubs kept the adults happy.. cooking was no problem for our large group with the 2 kitchens being back to back this home has everything you need and could want... gameroom 2 kitchens 2 hot tubs plenty of beds and baths.. we needed an extra grill called eden crest and it was there in 15 min couldn't be happier with our stay will definitely be back to the same or one of there other beautiful locations

Family Christmas

Our family meets every year for a Christmas Dinner celebration. There are 19 of us. Magnolia Place #5 was the perfect place! Lots of room for everyone, games for the kids, 2 hot tubs! Our cabin was one of the cleanest we have ever had! The swing out back was perfect to sit out and relax. Large front porch for morning coffee with the girls. We had 5 vehicles and parking was snug for such a big place but it worked! We will definitely rent this one again!!

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay and would do it again. There was plenty of space and more than enough beds as we had some family members coming and going at various times during our weekend reunion. Very adequately stocked kitchen for all our cooking needs as well as plenty of towels and wash clothes. Truly enjoyed the unit. Thanknyou Eden Crest!

Nice stay, terrible communication and promptness.

Overall we really enjoyed the stay. Very spacious for our group and lots of bedrooms and baths. The only complaint is our checkin time was a certain time and they couldn’t get us in on time because the cleaners said it was ready. They then didn’t want to accommodate for loss time. If I’m paying I expect to be accommodated for loss time that I’m paying for. You also have to go through, not the owner, but Eden Crest. They may or may not take your calls. They may or may not take your emails. I emailed them numerous times or should I say inboxed them from the app and nothing. It was very aggravating to say the least. I finally just stopped. The place could stand to be updated. Some of the shower handles was so old they either didn’t work or fell off when you touched them. Glad there was other bathroom to accommodate. I would say to the owner, Get someone else to do your booking instead of Eden Crest if you can’t take care of your own property.

Family reunion of family of 40 cousin.

It was our family reunion , so 28 elders in 40’s and rest in 20’s cousins joined to spend about day weekend together. The place was amazing and everyone had enough place to sleep and so each and everyone enjoyed to the fullest. The 2 kitchens were great as my cousins wanted to cook and bbq and they loved it. The hot tub after a long hike was relaxing. All in all everyone in 40 persons group gave it excellent rating. We all loved it and since we like to go different places I hope in our next reunion we can find something similar to this house. Love everything about this place.
