Cette maison est un joyau au cƓur de North Scottsdale. Nous prenons une grande fiertĂ© dans nos propriĂ©tĂ©s et cela encore une fois, nous avons pris un soin exceptionnel Ă  en faire la maison de destination idĂ©ale que vous ne voudrez plus jamais quitter! (Si celui-ci est rĂ©servĂ© ou supĂ©rieur Ă  votre prix, assurez-vous d'envisager de nous envoyer un message pour nos autres maisons, du mĂȘme calibre!)

Notre maison est Ă  quelques minutes de Kierland, du quartier de Scottsdale et de Desert Ridge et Ă  seulement 15 minutes de la vieille ville de Scottsdale et du Fashion Square Mall. Notre maison a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©e de haut en bas et remplie des meilleurs meubles. La chambre principale possĂšde l'une des baignoires les plus sereines qui vous aideront sans aucun doute Ă  vous dĂ©tendre et Ă  commencer vos vacances du bon pied. La maison peut accueillir 10 personnes confortablement dans des lits, alors que le canapĂ© se transforme en lit queen. Il y a Ă©galement 4 chambres: une chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux (qui peuvent ĂȘtre convertis en king sur demande), une chambre avec un lit queen et 2 chambres avec des lits king. Nous avons 2 jeux n pack qui peuvent Ă©galement ĂȘtre ajoutĂ©s sur demande. Avec la table de billard et la cour arriĂšre incroyable, cette maison est le rĂȘve des artistes et la destination parfaite pour profiter d'une rĂ©union de famille ou d'amis! Nous avons rĂ©cemment installĂ© une clĂŽture de piscine dans la cour arriĂšre Ă©galement pour des raisons de sĂ©curitĂ©. Ne perdez plus un instant et rĂ©servez vos vacances dĂšs aujourd'hui! Backyard Bliss

The property was beautiful, it had everything we needed. We spent most of our time in the backyard, it was paradise. Andrew was very responsive, accommodating and flexible before and during our stay which was really appreciated!

Great Graduation Experience

Magnificent House

This house was perfect! It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans and bakeware. The hot tub was a welcome treat after a long day playing pickleball. The location was close to many restaurants and the neighborhood was very quiet and clean. We would highly recommend this home for your Phoenix vacation.

Spring Training and Golfing Spring Break

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Scottsdale area, so many food, shopping and entertainment options. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the week. The location is close to everything and it’s very easy to access all major highways. The backyard was well used during our stay especially putting green. Very responsive hosts and quick communication. Would definitely visit again!

Plenty of room. Simple. Great home base for a few days. Heating the pool costs $400, which we discovered a couple days before the reservation, so be prepared for that extra expense.

Fun in the sun

Amazing time at this fully equipped home that was located close proximity to great restaurants shopping and easy access to freeways. We would definitely recommend this home to families and big groups of friends that want to enjoy all the amenities. Putting green was awesome and the basketball court was my daughters favourite but my youngest daughter and my wife did not leave the pool all day and hot tub all night. A true 5star stay and I will be definitely be booking again in the future.

5 STARS!

I stayed here with my family of 7. We all had so much fun that no one really wanted to leave the house. We had so much fun swimming, the hot tub was great and our kids loved the putting green and basketball court. The owners were always so responsive, helpful and kind. Wish we could have stayed longer! The neighborhood is quite, great place to jog and walk and yet so close to lots of great restaurants. We will definitely look to stay here again when we come back next spring.

Wonderful holiday stay in Scottsdale!

My family (3 adults and 2 children- 1 preschooler and 1 baby) had a wonderful pre-holiday week in Scottsdale at Andrew and Kimberly's beautiful home. The house was immaculate and well-stocked, complete with baby items, toys, and a well equipped kitchen including spices. The house is in a great area, close to grocery and drug stores as well as restaurants and shopping. Booking and communication was very easy and Andrew and Kimberly had wonderful suggestions for things to do in the area. Scottsdale and Phoenix had many fun things to do for everyone in our group- ranging in age from 6 months to 70 years! We have stayed in many vacation homes and this was one of our most relaxing and easy trips, thanks to having this lovely home base!

Wonderful

This has become our favorite rental home in AZ. Thank you so much, Andrew! The home was exceptionally clean, and we found everything we needed. The pool was a highlight, for sure, for us Minnesotans. It was heated and so comfortable to swim in. We spent hours in the backyard, each day. Such a quiet, safe, and lovely neighborhood. We took a peaceful walk every morning. The location of the home was also perfect for us - close to everything we love in Scottsdale. Owners very friendly and responsive. Excellent vacation! We would love to come back again!

Best Host Ever!

I am very glad I found this listing. The property is very nice, interior of the home is very clean and furnished. Main bedroom washroom is very spacious and nice shower area. Main bedroom bed is very big, probably can sleep 3 thinner people on it if really needed. Very family/baby/toddler ready if you are thinking of staying here with a young child. A small crib is available in a small room in the main bedroom. The backyard looks way better in person than the photos. On top of all this, the host was extremely nice. Very well communicated and responds fast on messages. Very, very accommodating and reasonable people. Highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Scottsdale. Even better if you enjoy basketball, putting, cornhole games, pool, hot tub, outdoor activities. Cheers

Perfect home for a family vacation

This home was perfect for our family of 7. It had a fenced pool, which we really appreciated for our 18 month granddaughter. We also appreciated the high chair, toddler bed, and toys. Very toddler friendly. The house was very clean with all the amenities we needed. The new backyard is awesome! Communication with the owners was very quick. Best part is the location. Basically 20 minute drive to anywhere we went. 5 Star *****

Everything and More

We just had an amazing time here! We traveled from Minnesota and stayed here with our family and another family and couldn’t have loved this place more. Everything was just as advertised. The pictures match the listing and the house fit us perfectly. The pool was nice and warm, beds were comfy, communication from the host was fantastic and the location was great. One added bonus was the lemon and grapefruit trees were in full bloom. We will for sure come back to visit soon. I would highly recommend staying here.

There is no better than this!

Great property, very nice inside and out, very nice neighborhood. Pleasant and comfortable bedrooms, and very large kitchen and living areas. All the amenities you need. Owner was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommended!

Wonderful house

This homes was not actually one of our flips or renovations. We happened to stumble upon it while out and about house hunting and FELL IN LOVE! This home has it all. The floor plan was fabulous with its little areas for families to gather and have fun and that yard....I MEAN I LOVE IT!!! Between the yard and the master bath~it was surely hard to pass up. Its so close to all the destination places that we love to frequent and the neighborhood is fabulous. We were so lucky to have found such a gem! A great family setting with the pool fence, multiple rooms to hang out in and great floor plan. This home has a GREAT VIBE to it and is welcoming and cozy top to bottom!
