Il Pozzo Incantato is the perfect getaway for friends, couples, or families looking to relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment is located in the heart of the village, just steps away from bars, pizzerias, shops, and public transport.

A local bus connects the village to the nearest train station in Vico Equense, 8 km away (approximately 20 minutes). From there, you can take direct trains to Sorrento, Pompeii, and other major destinations. Vico Equense also offers a lovely beach. Thanks to its strategic position in the hills of the Sorrento Coast, this apartment is an ideal base for exploring many popular tourist spots.

Located in the charming village of Moiano, Il Pozzo Incantato is accessed from the main entrance of the building. The apartment sits on the second floor and is reached via an external staircase of about 40 steps from the parking area.

The highlight of the property is a spacious 60 mÂČ terrace equipped with a dining table, chairs, sun loungers, a parasol, a BBQ, and an outdoor shower. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Bay of Naples and the Faito mountains.

Inside, you’ll find a bright open-plan kitchen and lounge (25 mÂČ) with modern, welcoming furnishings. The lounge area features a double sofa bed, and direct access to the terrace (3 steps). The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, fridge/freezer, two electric hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a table with chairs. This room also includes air conditioning/heating and a safe.

There are two double bedrooms, both accessible from the lounge.

The main bedroom (13 mÂČ) has a double bed, air conditioning/heating, and a window with a beautiful sea view.

The second bedroom (11 mÂČ) has mountain views, air conditioning/heating, and can be arranged with either one double bed or two single beds.

The bathroom includes two washbasins, a toilet, a bidet, and a fully enclosed shower. It is accessed from the lounge area.

Guests can enjoy a private, gated parking space.

For those who love walking and hiking, local guides are available for incredible excursions such as the Path of the Gods, the trail from Santa Maria del Castello to Positano, and panoramic hikes on Monte Faito overlooking the Bay of Naples. Feel free to ask for more information.

Beautiful Renovated Apartment with a Central Location

We had the most wonderful family vacation staying at this lovely apartment. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, and had everything that we needed. Tonino (the owner) was an amazing and welcoming and friendly host. He went above and beyond in his hospitality. The apartment was centrally located and we were able to easily visit Pompeii, Sorrento, and the Amalfi coast towns. The roads around the entire Amalfi coast area are winding and narrow, but we adapted to it quickly. The view from the terrace is beautiful, the people in the village are friendly, and the apartment is within walking distance of a number of restaurants and shops. We can't say enough great things about this apartment and would recommend it to anyone who is visiting this area.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, etwas ab vom Schuss

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzĂŒgig angelegt mit einem riesigen Balkon mit Blick auf den Golf von Neapel. Die KĂŒche könnte besser ausgestattet sein, sie ist lediglich zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck geeignet. Moiano ist ein Bergdorf und nicht ganz einfach zu erreichen, Auto ist ein Muss, man sollte außerdem gut zu Fuß sein. Es gibt hier kleine SupermĂ€rkte, eine Apotheke und mehrere Restaurants. Sowohl Alfonso, der Verwalter, wie auch der Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Alfonso kennt sich in der Gegend super aus und hatte viele gute Tipps.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in den Bergen

Hervorragende Wohnung in den Bergen von Vico Equense. Toll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die EigentĂŒmer Roberta und Tonino sind sehr freundlich, herzlich und absolut zuvorkommend. Wirklich tolle Gastgeber. Alles was man braucht findet man nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. FĂŒr uns als Standort perfekt. Mit etwas Fahrzeit konnten wir Neapel, Pompeji, Sorrent und die AmalfikĂŒste besuchen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wundervolles Kampanien

Wohnung wie in der Anzeige beschrieben! Große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den Golf von Neapel. Supernette Vermieter Roberta und Tonino, Alfonso von der Agentur stand auch mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Im Ort gibt es zwei kleine SupermĂ€rkte, mehrere Restaurants. Lovely retreat in a real community

We enjoyed the lovely and very well presented property as well as Moiano and its bars, pizzerias, supermarkets, butchers and very friendly, polite and helpful residents very much. One of the best holidays we had, and so nice to come back from a day at a touristy place such as Pompeii or Amalfi to "our" village and the fantastic terrace to watch the sun go down. Thank you, and thank you Alfonso for being a perfect host.

An amazing experience

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Il Pozzo Incantato in Moiano. The view from the large terrace down to the bay of Naples is beautiful. Alfonso was extremely helpful and kind and always available. Also a big thank you to Tonino who was a wonderful and kind host. The apartment is perfectly situated to explore the area. We would all stay again at Il Pozzo Incantato without hesitation.

Fantastic stay !

The apartment is fantastic. It is very modern and stylishly furnished and it is spotless clean. From the huge terrace you have a breathtaking view towards the sea and the nearby mountains. The church tower is at eye level and always tells the time. We especially liked that the apartment is close to the central marketplace of the beautiful village of Moiano. So you can walk down a few steps to buy things in the small grocery store. The owner on site is very very friendly and helpful and has an open ear for all questions. The place is particularly suitable if you appreciate the tranquility of a village and still want to get easily to the sights of the area (eg Sentiero degli dei, Pompei, Naepel, Postiano, Vico Equense, Herculaneum). If we were to come to this area again, we would definitely check in at this address again. Thank you for everything, it was wonderful !

Great view and near to the best pizza

It was great to experience the hospitality of Tonino’s family - we got a huge basket with fresh local vegetables and all our wishes and questions were fulfilled immediately:). The near located Pizzeria “Taxi” offered the best pizza ever!!

Fantastischer Aufenthalt in herrlichem Ambiente!

Tolles und gerĂ€umiges, modernes Loft-Apartment, das sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Die große Dachterrasse hat einen tollen Ausblick auf das Mittelmeer und die Berge. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt auf dem GrundstĂŒck. Mit 3 Kindern optimal - fernab vom Trubel und idealer Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur ĂŒber Alfonso war sehr gut, unkompliziert und angenehm. Der EigentĂŒmer Tonino und seine Familie waren großartig und haben uns mit vielen Kostproben aus ihrem Garten, mit leckeren italienischen SpezialitĂ€ten und mit tollen Tipps fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in die herrliche Umgebung versorgt, so dass wir dort eine wundervolle Zeit verbrachten. Weil es uns so gut gefiel, haben wir den Aufenthalt noch verlĂ€ngert.

A beautiful apartment

Alfonso was such a good host, along with his sister and Tonio we were well looked after. The property is very new, clean and comfortable. We had a lovely time staying in Moiano, it is just a bit out of the way however a great little town where everyone is very friendly. There is a supermarket, a few restaurants and bars as well as a gelato shop, a great escape from the touristy areas. It’s relatively easy to get the bus down to Vico Equense, just timetables are a little confusing. Overall, we had a great time in this apartment and were well provided for by Alfonso and his family.
