Second year in a row staying there and not disappointed at all with property or service or the pro manager. High recommended to anyone looking for a nice quite place to relax

The Property Manager is awesome!

We had a great time at the Bray Ranch and Sara Bray was outstanding! She responded quickly to emails and was very helpful in every way possible. If we are in need of accommodations again in this area of Colorado, we will definitely be going back to the Bray Ranch!

Peaceful and beautiful views

My family is spread out across the country. We get together around the 4th of July every year. This year we met up in Colorado and had a wonderful time at this property. The kids were able to run around and play in a nice open space. Plenty of room for all of to relax and just visit. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Prairie dog hunt

Really nice place. ONLY thing that was an issue was no AC. But she had fans and it cooled down at night to be able to sleep in comfort.

Family get together

It was really nice and relaxing, good country view. The only complaint I had was the bed I was in was kinda hard, but We would definitely like to go stay again.

Remote, rural retreat off the grid

Admittedly, we were a little hesitant to stay here because it really is pretty far away from most towns of any consequence. That said, we are SO glad we did. It was such a wonderful retreat away from the crowded mountain towns like Ouray and Durango. Found good grocery stores ~20 mins in either direction and really enjoyed our getaway on the ranch. Our kids loved seeing all of the cows and prairie dogs and we were happy to have neighbors for the kids to play with as well. The listing is a little confusing, but know that the accommodations are together with 3 other units (4 total), but each is self-sufficient and independent. Sara was a great contact and really helped us with unit assignment and making sure we were taken care of once we were there.

Nice, comfortable place

The owner said to follow GPS to the property. There is no signal in this area so I would ask for better directions. Print a map before you go. Luckily, we ran into some friendly people who helped us find the place.

Rental 1

Property managers very accommodating and friendly. Really enjoyed the setting within the ranch. No problems, everything worked great. Plenty of room for the crew members to socialize and have some private time. Definitely would stay there again if we got more work in the area.
