Beautiful modern apartment.

Large apartment all rooms are very spacious. Close to numerous restaurants, grocery store on lower level. Everything you need is within walking distance. Parking was a challenge but manageable.

Ideally located apartment

Ideally located apartment, central to everything. Supermarket within 3 minutes walk. Beachfront is less then 5 minute stroll. Plenty of places to walk and eat. Beautiful marina with loads of yachts and cruise liners visiting daily. The apartment itself, is completely everything you could possibly need or want. It's fully equipped down to the little simple things to get your stay started like toilet paper, washing up liquid, brilliant hair dryer, extra linen. The shutters on the doors and windows are brilliant for sleeping at night and keep the apartment lovely and cool. Air-conditioning is fantastic. Lovely balcony, only gets sun for about 45 minutes a day but that is nothing when the beach is on your door step. You can't improve on perfection.

Excellent location very noisy.

We really enjoyed the location of this property it is a beautiful large one bedroom, but because it is on the pedestrian street the noise level every night from night clubs and the traffic noise throughout the night made it very difficult to sleep and could not open windows due to noise to get fresh air at night.

Very satisfied with this big appartment

It was a clean en big appartment! Although the appartment was close to the clubs, we didnt heard the noise. Have better/darker curtains. It got really light in the morning because the curtains let a lot of light trough.

Apartamento Praia Rocha Tropical

Newly renovated apartment.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Playa da Rocha. Furniture and kitchen equipmnet are new and good quality. Not so nice surprise was that electricity and water was not included in the price of rent. It was not mentioned in the advertisement. There is construction work going in the building, sometimes even at night. The owner could not help in this matter but asked to call police.

Excelente!! Nada a apontar.
