Incredible Stay!

Our family of three stayed at this property for just over one month and cannot say enough about the incredible service we received from Pablo and Belen! From the moment we arrived It was clear that this couple loves what they do and takes great pride and care in their property. Belen has taken great care to ensure the functionality of the space within the flat, and while there are two rooms, it feels as if it were much larger. We enjoyed the new appliances, the beautiful bathroom and lots of closet space. We were able to store all of our belongings (traveling for a month with a 9 month old doesn't make for light travel) with ease. Above all, Pablo and Belen ensured that we not only had everything to make ourselves comfortable, but also had added several items needed to make our stay with a baby even easier. In addition, they provided a lesson on how to make a Spanish tortilla, helped acquaint us with the tapas culture, and even were gracious enough to help refine our Spanish. After a month, I can say that we have new, great friends in Salamanca, whose graciousness and desire for hospitality is absolutely unmatched. Within a 10 minute walk of anything of importance in Salamanca (Plaza Mayor, the train station, Universidad de Salamanca, bus station, etc). An absolute recommendation to anyone traveling to Salamanca for a stay of any length!

Jonathan, Beth, Owen, it was a real pleasure to host such a nice family as you were, and any host would agree with me. The apartment was very well treated by you, you communicated absolutely right, and we hope to be able to see you again in the future, who knows where :-)

changement d'appartement de dernière heure

Lors de notre séjour à Salamanque, nous avions réservé cet appartement. Cependant Pablo le propriétaire nous a appelé pour nous dire que nous aurions en fait un autre appartement plus grand et avec une très belle vue car il a eu un petit problème de dernière heure pour cet appartement. Nous avons donc eu cette autre location qui était superbe: une vue sur les toits de Salamanque et de la cathédrale magnifique. Nous ne regrettons pas du tout ce petit changement de dernière minute. Encore un grand merci à Pablo et Belèn pour leur accueil si chaleureux.

Excellent Stay!

We stayed at Pablo’s and Belėn’s apartment in June 2018. From the very beginning when we were inquiring about the apartment, they were very quick to respond to all our questions. We were very pleased with the accommodations.The apartment was well equipped and super clean.The apartment was equipped with many amenities such as american size refrigerator, a washing machine, AC/heater, induction stove, juicer, coffee maker, etc. The location was perfect. We had a supermarket and tapas bar less than a block away. It was very centrally located. We didn’t need a car as we walked everywhere Both Pablo and Belėn were very hospitable. Pablo had prepared a map with an itinerary to visit all the places of interest in Salamanca and nearby villages. They also provided us with lots of information about restaurants, bakeries, etc. Belėn personally delivered cake for us to enjoy with the coffee and milk they have brought us. We really enjoyed staying in Pablo’s and Belėn’s place. They were super nice and welcoming. We felt like we were family to them. They were very attentive to all of our needs. We can’t wait to go back and stay at their apartment again.

Convenient and well-appointed apartment made for a pleasant Salamanca stay

Alot of thought packed into a small space- from a well-stocked kitchen- to adequate outlets to additional lighting, window sill clothes line. We appreciated all those details. Pablo was extremely attentive to our needs and helpful before our arrival and during our stay. It's obvious he knows and loves Salamanca and wants to share that interest with guests. Location was very convenient and all nights were quiet Four stars because while the bed is comfy, it is small matrimonial size and the shower is teeny tiny. We are not big people and made it work. Would recommend this apartment to others.

Très beau séjour à Salamanque

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour à Salamanque. L'appartement est idéalement placé à quelques pas des commerces et de la place mayor (vue superbe des toits de Salamanque et de la cathédrale). Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner (huile, vinaigre, café...) et le nécessaire de première utilité (savon, shampoing, etc...). Pablo et Belén sont des gens très sympathiques et très disponibles. Nous avons eu le plaisir de faire une plus grande connaissance au cours d'un petit apéritif. Lors de votre arrivée, Pablo vous accueillera et vous donnera aussi toutes les indications concernant les lieux à visiter, les restaurants et bien d'autres choses encore. Ceux se sont de vrais professionnels.

A jewel!

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful apartment for 5 days and nights. The owner went above and beyond duty being available to answer any questions we had. He checked on us frequently to make sure we were doing alright. He had a wonderful list of places to see and things to do. We followed his suggestions which enriched our time in Salamanca immensely. WE took his advice and rented a car to tour some other historic villages and we were so pleased we did. The apartment is well set up for cooking and having the clothes washer was a bonus. The location of the apartment was perfect for moving around the town and close to the historic centre. If you want to stay in a great apartment, in a great location and have a great host - this is the place to rent! Thanks Pablo!
