Wonderful villa for our family to gather!

Perfect five nights at Arte Villa for our family of eleven where we gathered before our daughter's wedding. Beautiful rooms, pool, easy walking into Sarzana, and good location for trips to the sea. Thomas and Enrico were great hosts, helping us numerous times. Congratulations and happy 25 anniversary to them. Hope their party day was as wonderful as our daughter's wedding day! Charming and ideally situated on the edge of town.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house is charmingly decorated, the beds are very comfortable and the linens were of a high quality. The kids enjoyed the pool and we all appreciated just being 7 mins away from the main square and 10 mins from the supermarket. Sarzana is quite a pretty little place and close to beaches and the Cinque Terre. One of the bedrooms has a/c which was very appreciated by the children , two of whom had difficulty sleeping in the heat. The kitchen is small and only two rings on the stove were working when we stayed. Not too much of a problem for us as we are out most evenings. The WiFi was just OK but this may be due to the fact the property had thick walls. Tomas, the owner was very kind and helpful, particularly when our daughter locked herself in her room. He has an apartment at the back of the property. This wasn’t a problem at all as our privacy was respected and it was useful to have someone help with the various issues we encountered during our stay.

nur 4 vollwertige Zimmer

Grundsätzlich positiv. Küche schlecht ausgestattet. Mussten zuerst einen Wasserkocher, Messer und eine Pfanne kaufen. COOP ist ganz in der Nähe also zuest einkaufen und alles komplettieren, wie Toilettenpapier, Haushaltpapier etc. Entgegen der Angabe es gibt zwar 5 Zimmer und 5 Badezimmer aber das 5. Zimmer ist eigentlich ein Leseraum (mit TV) und einem Coutchbett und das Bad ist nicht direkt im Zimmer. Wer also mit 5 guten Zimmern rechnet wird entäuscht. Wir waren 5 Männer und einer musste das schlechte Zimmer nehmen. Sonst aber alles OK, Nette Leute aber etwas kurze Hände.

"Romantic Room": Independent entrance, n. 1 Queen bed (180 x 200) n. 1 Bathroom with shower and window. First Floor: (Sleeps 8) "Renaissance Room": Independent entrance, n. 1 Queen bed (180 x 200) separate room with n. 1 sofa bed (140 x 190) that can accommodate one adult or 2 children. Bathroom with shower, Jacuzzi, and windows. "Art Deco Room": connected with the main house, n. 1 Double bed (160 x 190) and 1 bathroom with shower. "Liberty Room": connected with the main house, n. 1 Double bed (140 x 190) can accommodate one adult or two children.

Perfect holiday

We had the most wonderful time in Sarzana and loved Villa Arte . We enjoyed the sunset nightly sipping prosecco by the pool; a fabulous end to each day! Cleanliness is always our main focus and this rental surpassed our standards. We highly recommend Villa Arte to anyone visiting Sarzana and Cinque Terre… by the way, staying here and visiting the area was in our opinion the best way to go. Not as busy as the other towns and easy access by car to main tourist destinations.

Great property near to restaurants and beaches

This beautiful restored house was very clean and perfectly presented with everything you could need. All communications with the owner were excellent. The enchanting position near to restaurants, shops and beaches alowed a perfect vacation for us and our group of friends. We had a great time indeed.

Wonderful location!

We, a family of 4 with 2 grownup kids, stayed a week at Villa Arte. Thomas gave us a warm welcome. He lives just behind the house. The property is wonderfully furnitured and the location is simply perfect! Only 10 minutes by car from beach clubs , 30 minutes from Versilia and Cinque Terre and only one hour and half from Florence. We really appreciated the proximity to Sarzana ! We didn't know this Medieval village which is really spectacular and rich of things to see such as the Cittadella, the Fortress, the Churches as well as the narrow strees with groceries and delicious restaurants.

Beautiful villa and gorgeous location !

The villa recently renovated, is very well equipped with all comforts, a large garden, swimming pool, wi-fi and BBQ. We really enjoyed the beautiful decorations and paintings of the owner and proximity to the most important places to see such as Lerici, Portovenere, Cinque Terre, Portofino and Pisa.

Excellent!

A gorgeous villa with a touch of Art everywhere : Inside and outside indeed. The prperty is very well furnitured and the garden is simply fabulous. We loved the privacy of the estate and the proximity to restaurants, pubs and shops. Lots of fabulous restaurants close by in Sarzana. We recommend Capiteli. Lots of different areas to have drinks and meals at home in shade and sun. We had a great stay here and we highly recommend it to all.

Gorgeous Villa near to all

Wonderful villa, very clean, tidy and quietly located in a residential area close to the Medieval village of Sarzana (Between Liguria and Tuscany). The owners Thomas and Enrico were friendly, lovely and very kind. We can only give the best recommendations to people/families that want to relax in beatutiful surroundings and enjoy the wonderful swimming pool.

Very Good !

We spent 2 weeks in this wonderful Villa last summer. A very authentic place, and very large and comfortable house. The furniture is beautiful as weel as the envirnoment around. All main touristic sites are just a few minutes from Villa Arte. We recommend this property with pleasure. Enjoy !

Excellent !

We spent a wonderful time in this villa nearby Sarzana. The villa is in a perfect condition. Everthing clean and new, beautiful furniture, wonderful paintings and a gorgeous romantic pool. The villa is located a few steps from Sarazana where you can find restaurants, bars and shops. The owner is very friendly and we always enjoyed to talk and laugh with him during the times he took care of the garden and the swimming pool. Sarzana is a lovely small town with many places to see. Our favorite was Cittadella and Fortress of Sarzana. To the sea i takes about 15 minutes by car. Lerici, Fiascherino and Cinque Terre are not far away (20-30 minutes by car). We enjoyed our vacation very much and recommend this property to everbody who is looking for a calm place to relax and who wants to enjoy the italian wlifestyle.
