Appartement avec 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain et parking gratuit. Capacité d'accueil 4 personnes. Il est situé au cœur du centre historique de Séville, dans la rue Florentín, à seulement 50 mètres de la cathédrale.

Les intérieurs sont décorés dans un style néo-classique. Le marbre rouge prédomine, les meubles en bois sombre et les œuvres d'art originales.

Le salon est équipé d'un canapé, de 2 fauteuils, d'une table à manger et de chaises. Climatisation centrale, chauffage, double vitrage, internet WIFI et TV.

La cuisine est parfaitement équipée avec tous les ustensiles et appareils nécessaires. Inclus: micro-ondes, four, lave-linge et sèche-linge. Il y a une cafetière Nespresso.

La chambre principale a un lit double (150x200cm) et un grand placard. Salle de bain privée complète avec baignoire et douche incorporées. La deuxième chambre a deux lits simples (90x200cm), une armoire et un bureau. Les deux chambres sont très calmes pour dormir.

Il y a une deuxième salle de bain plus petite avec douche.

Florentin est au premier étage d'un immeuble résidentiel avec ascenseur. Garage privé disponible dans le bâtiment gratuit. Hauteur maximale: 2m, largeur maximale: 1. 90m. Réservation requise

Great location, ample furnishings and comfortable seating. Comfortable beds only one set of sheets so must wash and dry early to have the bed made for the night. Plenty of dinnerwear and cutlery. Happy to have use of a grocery trolly. We arrived before check in time and were able to get into the apartment early. Some of the blackout drapery coming away from the rod. Some areas a bit grungy and could use a good scrub. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The location of the apartment could not have been better. Many sites, restaurants and squares were within 5 to 7 minutes. The furthest walks we had were the Mercado de Triana and the Plaza de Espana which were 15 to 20 minutes. The recommendations provided b6 the host for Tapas Bars, Restaurants and Cocktail Bars were spot on.

Great Central Location with Parking

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spacious. They had someone waiting for us to guide us to the parking garage, which was a little tricky. Ishmel was very kind and gave us some great recommendations for visiting the city and eating. We highly recommend this place.

Wonderful place to stay in Seville!

We had an amazing trip to Seville and staying in this apartment was the perfect location for us to enjoy all the attractions and restaurants. It was close to everything and within walking distance. Gem in the heart of the centro

My mom and I loved staying here! The location could not be improved upon — everything we could need or want to explore was within walking distance. The apartment was clean and well decorated, and it was simply a lovely place to spend nearly a week exploring Seville. Great value for the money, and we enjoyed the dining recommendations from our host!

Great location but a bit noisy

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment and thought the location was amazing. That said, its position near the cathedral and the surrounding tourist area meant there was a lot of noise at night. We resolved this with earplugs. Two negatives: it could have been cleaner (floors were very dirty) and the twin beds aren’t comfortable for adults.

Great location, charming and comfortable

The location of this apartment is excellent! We were comfortable and it was quiet -- nicely tucked away off the busy street. Access in and out of the property is very easy, and the property management is extremely responsive and helpful for any questions or needs. One recommendation to upgrade: there are no blinds in the kitchen or dining area, and the office workers directly across from those windows start their day early on weekdays! Overall we were very happy with this property and would stay there again.

Overall - we enjoyed our stay at this Seville apartment. We were met at the apartment upon our arrival and received all the information regarding our stay. We had private parking and the location could not have been more centrally located. Great communication by Manuel made for a great experience. I would recommend this apartment 100%!

Great location

The location of this property is phenomenal. Right next to the cathedral. There is a good amount of space and the property is charming. We wnoticed that there were stains on the linnens even though eveything seemed to have been freshly washed. This could have been better.

Great stay

Location, location, location…. With many great restaurants within walking. Cathedral around the corner many other sights within walking distance. Apartment was very functional for four of us. Second bathroom shower was a little more difficult as it is very small. Communicate was good also. Will look forward to returning.

My husband & I enjoyed living in Sevilla for 5 weeks. The location is the best to explore this lovely city. We visited Granada & Cordoba, too. We love the food, wine, culture, architecture, history, & people of Spain. Preparations for Holy Week started several weeks ago, but we’ll be glad to miss the crowds & gridlock of that time.

Sweet central spot!

Beautiful apartment in the center of the action without the NOISE of all the action seeing as it is on a small side street. We had breakfast right across the street every morning at Filo and there was the wow factor of having the Cathedral at the end of the street. This was the only place we stayed during our three week vacation that wasn’t furnished by Ikea so you really get the sense you’re in someone’s beautiful home. Would recommend a stay here, you won’t regret it.
