Very central to all forms of shopping and attractions.

We utilised this accommodation as a member of the family had a medical procedure performed and were required to stay within the vacinity for a week afterwards. The unit was very comfortable and central (2min walking distance) to all forms of shopping including grocery shops, which was great as we had a 2yr old and a 4yr old with us. It was a little tricky initially navigating to what tower of the hotel we were in to find our room, however the Hilton staff were very helpful even though we weren’t affiliated with them. Security underground car parking was also a bonus. I would certainly stay here again with our family.

Perfect Stay!

The location and the decor of the apartment was amazing. Bright and beautiful views!! The only minor annoyance was that there were no extra towels and dish soap. We were unable to use the Hilton towels, so it just Meant we had to go buy towels. Nothing major, but just would come more prepared next time. But the management team was awesome and was able to get our two apartments right next to each other. That was a major win. The team was always responsive and the pre-arrival information was outstanding! Thank you so much and can’t wait to return!

Our room was great, very clean and had everything we needed. Views of the beach and beyond were outstanding. The very central location was excellent. I will say however that in booking this room for 5 we were charged an extra $198 for a rollaway that we were told "is much better than a cheap fold out". The rollaway had no less than 4 mattress protectors on it. 1 very badly stained to disguise the worn out, torn mattress and I'm guessing to try and make less obvious the springs poking through. (I have photos). To add to the bad taste there was a perfectly good sofa bed already in the room! Sadly this has left us put off.

Hi Kerston, Thank you for your review I am glad you had a great stay. We hire our rollaway beds from a third party and have forwarded them your review. We await their response. They usually always supply us with the best rollaway beds with thick mattresses like a normal bed, so I am not sure what happened in this case but I am following it up. If you had let me know while you were staying with us we would have rectified it for you straight away. We look forward to having the chance to host you again. All the best.

The photo's painted a different picture to the real thing. We didn't find the property relaxing, uncomfortable lounge chairs and main bed and pillows. The property seemed neglected, only the very basic supplied.

Great site

We spent 5 nights here & found the apartment just as we expected. Pictures were as they appeared, it was clean, plenty of space & a great spot right in the heart of Surfers. Would certainly stay again. We found that we bought too much food as there was so much to see & explore in Surfers.

PERFECT!

This place is amazing! Convenient location & amazing view. I stayed at the Hilton Ocean View Level 30 - 3 Bedroom apartment. You definitely get what's in the images. Everything was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. Would definitely come back.

Fantastic location & apartment

We stayed at apartment 4205 in the Q1 during the January holidays of 2015. The location is fantastic, it is close to public transport, the beach and shops/restaurants. Our apartment held 5 adults very comfortably. The view was great especially with weather on our side, from this height you could see all the way down to Byron Bay. We would not hesitate staying here again and would recommend it to anyone!!

we had a great stay :) the whole process of making a booking to picking up and dropping off the keys was very easy! the apartment was exactly like the photos. Very clean and and central to surfers! Would definitely stay again and use GCHR again!!

Amazing Property, With the best view!!

My stay here was amazing! Highly recommended! Staff are really helpful and friendly GCHR is the best! The view is one in a million :) I have recommended this apartment to other family members that's how amazing it is. Nice place to relax and you're central to everything you may need.

Perfect location, great price!

We had a fantastic time at 286 The Moroccan, we couldn't fault our stay or the process of booking it with GCHR. The communication with the staff and the price were second to none. Right on the beach, a block away from the heart of Surfers, indoor and outdoor pools, a great view and a lovely apartment. We will use and recommend GCHR to all our friends and family. But on behalf of our family we would just like to thank you and your company for allowing us to stay at the Chevron during September. Both apartments 1312 & 1314 where stunning! And we are so glad that we were able to book the apartments out for our family trip to the Gold Coast. I highly recommend those two apartments to anyone that wishes to stay in the Gold Coast for a holiday. The views and the apartments where amazing for the price you pay! Id highly recommend staying at those apartments to everyone because it is so affordable for the everyday traveller. We thank you and your company for such a great stay. Everyone were so shocked at the views they had and the apartments were fantastic, we will definitely have no hesitation in hiring out the two apartments again.
