Villa Victoria is a spacious property where elegance meets the comforts of home.
The house is surrounded by a large fenced garden with a sauna & barbecue and children's playground.

It is an ideal retreat for families and friends alike.

Apartment Victoria with 2 large bedrooms & bathroom & separate kitchen and a large living room (with sofa bed) can accommodate up to 10 guests (including 2 babies sleeping in a baby cot)

Studio Victoria with 1 bedroom & large living & kitchen area (with sofa bed) & bathroom can accommodate up to 2 adults + 2 children + 1 baby

The villa has a large terrace: 20m2 covered and 28m2 open terrace with sauna, garden furniture, barbecue and parasol.
The whole property is fenced and has got a large private garden with children-playground (swings, slide) + private parking (3 cars onsite; 3 cars outside).


All the amenities (shops, restaurants & cafes) are in Lipno nad Vltavou, only 300-400m walking distance.

Aquapark & lake Lipno with beach and Ski-areal Lipno is located only 350-500m from the house.


What to do in Lipno:
In winter:
Enjoy the winter fun at the 13,3km long skiing slopes - with the ski lifts near by the house (350m from the house). With the latest artificial snow system, you will always find snow at the Ski-areal Lipno.
Never tried ski in your life? - perfect opportunity for beginners (ski and snowboard school; Fox-park for children).
For cross country: 36 km of skiing tracks. When the lake is frozen you can ice skate (for hire) or walk across the lake. You can even kite ski around on the frozen lake.

In Summer:
Play golf on the resorts golf course, raft down the VLTAVA river for a few hours or a whole day. Bike ride around the lake or in the forest. Go for a swim in the lake or local swimming pool that also offers paddling pool for children, sauna and whirlpool (Aquaworld - 500m). You can even bob-sleight (500 m from the house).
Hire a boat and go for a sail, go fishing or work on that sun tan on the beach by the lake or raft down the river Vltava from Vyzsi Brod to Cesky Krumlov....and beyond.

With loads more to do Lipno in winter or summer you will never get bored!


Places to see:
You have a great opportunity to visit some of the most beautiful Czech towns when staying at the holiday resort Lipno and Vltavou:
Cesky Krumlov - this town is UNESCO World Heritage Site with medieval, Renaissance and Baroque architecture in town and beautiful castle that is overlooking the town in meander of Vltava River and offers beautiful gardens.
You can also visit Rozumberk Castle that is located near Lipno (20 km).
The capital of the South Bohemia region Ceske Budejovice with the famous BUDVAR brewery and romantic castle of Hluboká nad Vltavou are also definitely worth to see - only 55 min by car from Lipno.

Or perhaps day trip to Prague - the famous capital of the Czech Republic!

For nature lovers: Boubín Virgin Forest
In this national natural reservation you will find the survival of the original deep forests of Šumava, up to 400 years old. In the neighbourhood there is a lake where begins the educational trail 'Boubínský prales', which is approximately 4km long.

Villa Victoria ist wirklich königlich

Diese Ferienunterkunft ist wirklich eine Villa! Hoch erhoben am Berg thront sie über dem See, mit einem fantastischen Ausblick. Der Garten ist atemberaubend groß und lädt zu vielen Aktivitäten ein. Trotz der erhabenen und Stellung über Lipno nad Vlatavou sind es nur wenige Gehminuten hinunter zum Centrum und zur Marina, wo sich alle Freizeitmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden. Aber auch für Selbstversorger bietet die Villa jeglichen Comfort! Die Küche ist nehr als gut ausgestattet...es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht - auch an die Kleinsten! die übrige Austattung der Villa ist sehr detailverliebt, persönlich und familiär. Ein Ort, an dem man die Seele baumeln lassen und einfach nur genießen kann. Alles war sehr sauber und im besten Zustand; die Bäder sehr großzügig und luxuriös! Die Eigentümer leben zwar in England, dennoch ist die Betreuung vor Ort bestens gewährleistet. Wir wurden vom Hausverwalter sehr herzlich empfangen. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr stimmig. Auch der Ort und die Umgebung bieten zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für jung und alt an. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und die herrschaftliche, gemütliche und großzügige Villa Victoria den allerbesten Freunden empfehlen!

Beautifull house with lots of space

We had a great week in the villa. Although there wasn't a lot of snow there was enough snow at the piste. Adults and the kids had a great time. The house was very clean and well equiped. The bill for the electricity wasn't a pleasant surprise, but that's the only thing which was negative!!

Dear Sander, many thanks for your review, we are happy to hear that you had a lovely holidays in Villa Victoria. Reg the electricity bill - as per our previous correspondence your electricity usage was indeed slightly higher than the average usage which is normally 150 kWh (this is the limit that guest get free). You have only exceeded this limit for 48,2 KwH (with 17 guests) which is approx EUR 12.00....I am sorry that this was an unexpected expense and still hope you visit us in the future. Best wishes. VB

Alles prima! Vier Familien mit Kindern.

Wir waren 18 Personen, oder vier Familien, die den Aufenthalt für eine Woche gemietet hatten. Alles war wunderbar! Ein perfekter Platz für einen erfüllten Urlaub. Gute Lage, durchdachte Architektur des Hauses werden vielen gefallen und der See natürlich auch. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber! Gerne wieder!

Entspannter Urlaub

Die Villa Victoria liegt sehr ruhig am Rande von Lipno. Der nächste Supermarkt ist in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Und auch zum See mit schöner Liegewiese ist es nicht weit. Alle Zimmer sind sehr hell und sehr geräumig. Das ganze Haus ist neu und modern (auch mit sämtlichen Haushaltsgeräten) ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Hier finden viele große und kleine Leute entspannt Platz. Tolle Voraussetzungen für einen entspannten Familien- Urlaub!

We are always happy to hear that our guests enjoyed their holiday at our house Villa Victoria. Just a small remark: there are 2 supermarkets in Lipno village - the nearest is only 5 min walk from our house.

A Great place to stay

his is the 2nd time we have booked this house, and we will be coming back again. For a family with children of all ages and grandparnets, this is great house with so much space. the kids can be in one area and the adults in an other. the house was very clean and well maintained, the owners also provided great service. Big kitchen and also dinning area. Out side the house we had loads of snow and the kids made ski jumps in the garden. I loved the view from my window and there is so much to do in the resort

Villa Victoria - great holiday

One week with friends at Lipno lake in Villa Victoria. There were gorgeous holiday. Modern (but not luxury) inventory, big kitchen, dinning area and a sauna are only some benefits of the house. The photos on the homepage correspond to the reality, but some photos more would also be good. House and environment was clean and well-maintained. The restaurants at the main road quite tasty. And the lake is 5 - 10 minutes away from villa. There are a lot of good possibilities for sports, e.g. sailing, mountainbiking, hiking or tennis. The supermarket in Lipno is expensive, but the supermarket in Vyssi Brod, only 10 kilometres away from lipno nad vltavou, is much cheaper. A sightseeingtour to Cesky Krumlov, Ceske Budejovice or Linz is not so easy without car. All in all it was a great week and a wonderful holiday.

Lipno Lake

Proper and clean. The house keeper is indeed very friendly and helpful. Kitchen is fully equipped with all possible facilities. Rooms are really spacious, so it's no problem to bring cot beds for babies. Surroundings are very quiet, nearby the forrest is situated where you can find lots of mushrooms, blueberries and cranberries. The village is only a ten minutes walk away. From here you can start for a large variety of activities. Possibility to rent bycicles and children's seats or scooters, inline skates, boates a.s.o. Euro is accepted in all shops and restaurants, however mostly you'll get Chech Crowns in return. Restaurants and shops are in walking distance from the lake. A collection of brochures and maps is provided in the house, so it's easy to find out what to do and where to go during your holidays. We all would recommend this holiday home to our friends as well as come back for a next holiday.

Lipno Apartment

We were pleased to spend a week in June at the apartment at Villa Victoria. Everything in the apartment was clean, and in excellent order. We were able to walk to the lake, the top of the chairlift and explore the forest around the village. We appreciated having some cable TV in English, great after so many days of no English on our travels. The outdoor terrace was enjoyable, being able to sit out in the sun. WiFi Connection much appreciated. The owners's representatives were very kind and professional.

holidays in Czech Rep in Villa Victoria

Beaytifull Villa, proper and clean en very well-maintained. Many large rooms. Safe parking for three cars. Beautifull view on Lipno Lake. Children love to play in the garden. Theowners (and 'mum) provide an excellent customer service. Very correct, aspecial the final reckoning. The facilities in this time of year in the village are modest. The service in the village also, incluse the restaurants. Very little people speak something else than czechish lanquage.However Czeske Krumlov is beautifull. I surely recommend Villa Victoria to our friends,

Together with my husband we have built this large house as a holiday home for us and our 2 children (twin girls) as we love active holidays incl skiing and Lipno is the best place for us & the children as you never get bored here and we feel very save here.
