This was our first time in Hawaii and we really enjoyed our stay. The condo had plenty of space and an amazing view of Waikiki Beach. We could pretty easily walk or take the trolley anywhere we wanted to go. The staff members were friendly and helpful.

We loved it was clean and centrally located but the beach is about 2 blocks away. The 1bedroom is small but its Hawaii and we were 4 adults. The picture is not the true setup. We loved the 2 balconies but the kitchen is L shaped and couch is where the table is. We loved walking everywhere it was convenient. We would stay there again.

This was the perfect location and space for a group of 3 couples. We liked the kitchen, outdoor space, and rooftop pool. We had a little bit of a beach view which was a bonus (it is stated in the listing that the pictures are for reference). The space was very clean and you are able to exchange the towels which was great since we did not need room service. The front desk was super welcoming and helped with any issues we had (we requested a trash pick up since we kept the Do Not Disturb sign up). The condo was super close to two main beaches and lots of food and drink options around. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again if I go back with a group!

This condo was not as described. It is incredibly small, the second bedroom can only hold a bed. The suitcase had to be in the living room. There is not enough seating for 6 as advertised. There isn’t a washer or dryer in the unit. There is no view. The host was rude and not helpful at all. I spent 1,430.49 for 2 nights and I was mortified by how old and worn the condo was. Even the manager of the property said these units are small and severely outdated. I’m more than dissatisfied with my stay here.

Hello: We disagree with her Negative comments, and she is not telling the truth. Once in a while we get someone that no matter how nice things are, they will find fault and complain about everything. This is that person. She cursed at me, when picked up the phone. We always try to help all of our clients, no exceptions. We even offer to move her to another unit but she refused. We then offered to Refund her monies for the 2nd night, and told her if still not pleased call us and would take care of it. We never heard back. I was extremey helpful to her, but again nothing was going to satisfy this person. For all our other potential Renters - please look at our other reviews, mostly everyone really likes the property, amenities, great location and staff. There is coin op laundry on each floor, as noted. condos are nicely appointed - not super fancy but quite comfortable. Location can't be beat, super friendly staff, local activities arranged including lei making on site. Again, we apologize for her negativity and mis truths, and please look at other reviews, mostly all our positive. Thanks and aloha, ray/hawaii rentals

Location and view were perfect. Prior, Ray, was on point with answers to my questions. My only disappointment was that the "master" bedroom was advertised a king bed, but the hotel had changed bedding after my reservation to 2 queen beds. Too small for me and my wife, who fight for bed space

Great location. Big space for our family in center of Waikiki. We enjoyed sitting on the deck every day. Short walk to beach and in middle of shopping center. Loved having a fridge and dishwasher for our kids. Made travel much easier.

Great Location

The Imperial is not the newest luxurious hotel but it has great character and is in a fantastic location just behind The Outrigger. Short walk to restaurants and beach and the fact that there is a kitchen and two bedrooms and you can self cater is great. Beds are comfy and staff friendly. This is our second stay but

Great condo! Excellent location - close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We got lucky and had ocean views from the balconies. The condo had everything we needed and worked well for our group of 6. One of the bedrooms is small, but it was fine for us. The staff was friendly and helpful. The ABC store next to the lobby has a deli and was a convenient place to pick up quick meals to eat in the condo. We would definitely stay here again!
