Un pied-à-terre de belle finition. Cette maison de plain-pied, 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains a toutes les qualités par excellence de Santa Fe. Située dans un complexe intime de 4 unités, cette maison présente un concept moderne à aire ouverte, de beaux planchers en tuiles de travertin, des murs en plâtre durci au diamant, des vigas substantielles et des plafonds hauts. Également équipé d'un foyer au kiva à bois, d'un refroidissement par évaporation, de plusieurs puits de lumière et d'une grande cuisine avec armoires en bois. Des comptoirs en pierre et du carrelage fini haut de gamme ornent les deux salles de bains. La cour arrière très spacieuse et enveloppante est dotée de murs privés. Cette fantastique propriété est nichée à l'écart de la rue sur une voie tranquille au cœur du quartier historique de Guadalupe et Railyard, idéalement situé à quelques minutes de marche de la Plaza.

Family vacation

We stayed in one of the four units on the property. The neighborhood was quiet and ideally positioned near the railway yard and the plaza. We walked everywhere. The house is very comfortable, clean and well provisioned. Our party of five adults did not feel crowded and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Lovely Casa Nona

Our family of four had a great experience at Casa Nona. The house is in a cute neighborhood that is very conveniently located in Santa Fe - minutes from everything. It was clean and had just the right amount of space for two adults and two teens. Would stay again!

Very well maintained and comfortable

We had a family reunion (4 adults+baby) for a week and this property was perfect for our needs. Excellent kitchen and dining with nice assortment of cookware and tools. Cosy enclosed backyard with grill and seating was great for evenings.

Perfect

A beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood within walking distnce to the Railyard District and the Plaza/Old Town. Easy drive to Trader Joe's for groceries, Bandelier and Dale Ball for some outdoor adventures. Easy to text with Two Casitas with any questions. Could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay on ou first trip to Santa Fe!

Beautiful and clean home

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home is beautiful and very clean with a touch of luxury. The kitchen is fully stocked and there was plenty of room for family gatherings. We walked to the Railyard and The Mercado was just a few minutes drive away.

Beautiful and functional hidden oasis

This was a great landing spot for my family of 4 adults. The house is very well equipped, with lots of nice design touches. (Let’s just say my daughter started shopping for one of the side tables and lamps.). I highly recommend and will try to book on our next trip to Santa Fe.

Amazing Santa Fe Stay

My friends and I celebrated our 50th birthdays here and we loved every minute. The property was gorgeous inside and out and very walkable to the plaza (10-12 min?). We enjoyed sitting out on the patio at night. The property was stocked with plenty of games, laundry detergent and most importantly, coffee. We loved our stay and would return in an instant!

Santa Fe for a friend's 40th birthday

The house was perfect. There were seven of us and there was plenty of room to spread out. The patio was lovely, and the large living room and kitchen were great for cooking and playing games. Beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious too for all of us when we were getting ready.

Fun 20th Anniversary reunion

Three roommates from grad school with our partners, all got married the same summer and came to Santa Fe from Kansas City, Boulder, CO and Phoenix to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversaries. We had a blast. The place was very comfortable for all of us with a great location, comfy beds and well appointed kitchen!

Friends Getaway Weekend

Our group of 4 friends from Jr. High School met in Santa Fe for a long weekend. Casa Nona was the perfect place for us. Beautifully finished and furnished, exceptionally clean and well-organized. The walk to the Plaza is about 15 minutes, which may be a bit far for some to walk. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable.

A lovely getaway

Great location for day trips to ghost ranch, ojo caliento, Taos, as well as local visits to the Plaza in Old Town Santa Fe. The hosts thought of every little detail to make our visit comfortable including wine and snacks upon arrival. The beds were so comfortable and there were plenty of towels. They even had their employees take out and retrieve the trash cans on pick up day. The service and amenities were great.
