LE PRIEUR

Le PrieurĂ©, construit dans les annĂ©es 1930, est une magnifique maison en grĂšs de 4 Ă©tages occupant 1600 mĂštres carrĂ©s de terrain dans la prestigieuse Palm Beach. Les vues Pittwater sont renforcĂ©es par la piscine de l'horizon piscine et belle ligne d'arbres indigĂšnes. Le design intĂ©rieur magnifique et Ɠuvres d'art originales se mĂȘlent l'ancien et le nouveau pour crĂ©er un environnement attrayant, confortable et majestueux. Ce grand manoir est un refuge privĂ© idyllique.

Les jardins sont magnifiquement manucurés et encadrés de grÚs créant un environnement tranquille pour maximiser les vues sur l'eau de Pittwater et le parc national.

Promenez-vous sur la route pour une expérience culinaire merveilleuse au Relais et Chùteaux, Jonah's Restaurant.

Vous apprécierez une intimité totale dans ce cadre luxueux.

FONCTIONNALITÉS

Le prieuré dispose de 4 chambres (dont 3 ont ensuites), chacune avec un lit queen size. Chaque chambre est trÚs spacieuse. La chambre principale dispose d'un systÚme de divertissement complet, d'un spa encastré et d'un dressing et occupe tout l'étage supérieur.

La cuisine surdimensionnĂ©e a tout que vous avez toujours voulu dans votre propre maison et plus encore. Attenant Ă  la cuisine est la table Ă  manger et vĂ©randa, avec tĂ©lĂ©vision, qui mĂšne Ă  la terrasse supĂ©rieure pour un divertissement informel oĂč vous pourrez profiter du coucher de soleil et des vues sur Pittwater.

Le salon plus formel est parfait pour un livre tranquille enroulé sur le canapé et en hiver, vous pouvez vous prélasser devant le feu ouvert dans la cheminée en grÚs d'origine.

Le niveau intermédiaire dispose d'une salle de médias séparée avec écran de projection, PS3 et systÚme de son.

Prendre un bain tranquillement dans l'horizon piscine avec spa chauffé est un must! Une belle cabane avec barbecue à gaz est situé à cÎté de la piscine.

Au niveau de la piscine est une autre véranda avec table à manger, tv, et plus facitlities de cuisine. Parfait pour manger au bord de la piscine.

Appuyant sur la réserve McKay, The Priory, est un endroit parfait pour les amoureux de la nature.

Amazing Home

My family and I stayed at the Priory for three nights for a family wedding at Jonah's. The location and house were perfect for us with two very young grandchildren for which we arranged a babysitter. The house and pool are stunning. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful oasis

Truly a beautiful historic home and a real oasis. Lovely spot for a group of friends to eat, drink and spend time together! House feels large with lots of seating areas for both privacy if you want to be alone but also gatherings. Really loved it! The street and location also fantastic right near Whale and Palm Beach. And the pool has incredible greenery and bird watching around it! Plus a water view of Pittwater.

Simply Beautiful

I used the Priory as base for my bridesmaids and family for the day of and day prior to my wedding in Palm Beach. The house was simply stunning and classic in every way. All of the bedrooms were so generous in size, plenty of bathrooms, plenty of space for us to be able to have meals together and for us all to get ready. The grounds were kept immaculate. The house was immaculate. Everything we could have needed was provided. The view of the water was beautiful. The pool and outdoor area were divine. Also, having a Northern beaches parking sticker provided was brilliant, and not someone people think of needing until you are there. Claudia, our property manager was beyond accommodating and thoughtful. Her communication was exceptional, a huge thank you to her for making it a wonderful experience.

Fabulous stay

Our three night stay at The Priory for our extended family (five adults and two kids) was great. Plenty of space and separate living areas, lots of outdoor space, a fab pool and heated spa, and (of course) that view! Would definitely stay again!

A beautiful house, so quiet & perfectly appointed

We had such a lovely weekend at The Priory. We had a few friends and family come join us to celebrate a special birthday and it was a very enjoyable stay. The house is stunning and over a few levels so good to give people some space if they want it and have kids sleep quietly. It's very well appointed and is so quiet, making it the perfect escape from busy city life. Highly recommended!

Fantastic beach escape so close to Sydney

The house was amazing and exactly as represented in the photos. Its unique design moving down the side of the hill was great for our extended family. It gave my parents the quiet of the upstairs master suite and left us and our kids with plenty of sleeping and living space below the main level - which itself had stellar views of the Pittwater. We will absolutely be back. First class - thanks David.

Amazing property

Our family recently stayed at the Priory for a long weekend. We were celebrating a wedding in the family in the area and thought it would be a good opportunity to spend time together before the "big day". The Priory was the perfect accommodation. Luxurious Palm Beach Escape

My husband and I stayed with a group of friends (four adults and two kids) over a long weekend. The house had everything we needed including pool, spa and coffee machine. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy. It was wonderful to be able to walk across the road to Jonah's for dinner, as well as enjoy many BBQs by the pool

Wonderful accommodation experience

Wow! what an amazing property! Everything about The Priory is exceptional. The pictures do not do this place justice and I feel very privileged to have spent some magically nights at the house. The entire house is beautifully decorated. The kitchen- oh the kitchen! - is exceptionally high quality, as is the rest of the furnishings. The house is big enough to very comfortably accommodate four adult couples. The pool is magnificent and we made good use of the BBQ! Claudia, the property manager is absolutely wonderful to deal with!

We had an amazing 2 week family holiday at The Priory. Fabulous property with great communal areas as well as plenty of hideaways for quite time. Beautifully appointed for all sorts of occassions - fabulous views over Pittwater,stunning pool and terrace area with BBQ, sunset dining on the balcony, very private yet handy to Palm Beach and Whale Beach. We loved it - had to drag the kids to the beach each day because they didn't want to leave..!
