Perfect location for visiting Mildura. Property was clean and great for pets. Vicki was very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely stay with Vicki again.

Loved the three dogs , wanted to take them with me and Vicki was a lovely host. Only downside was neighbouring boarding dogs barked a lot but overall a lovely stay.

A spacious cabin. Almost a farm stay

It was lovely being out in the country. Still within food delivery distance. Enjoyed having access to TV, Internet etc. A restful place. Spacious two bedroom cabin.

Overnight stay

Vicki was a very welcoming host. We used both the cottage and the bedrooms in the main house. All accommodation was really comfortable and clean. It's a shame we were only therefore for a quick stop over. Will definitely consider staying there again.

Lovely host

We only had an overnight stay on out way to Victor Harbour. Comfortable room and Vicki couldn’t do enough for us. Jasper had a wonderful time with Milly, Frankie and Pipa.

Very nice host.Choice of bedroom with electric blanket or one without.About 5 kms out of Mildura.Quiet. Horses. No close neighbours. Good to see the night sky constellations.Would stay again.

Nice pet-friendly 2br cabin in lovely setting

Enjoyed our stay in this 2 bed room cabin. Comfortable, warm (with reverse cycle a/c in living room). Our kids were particularly excited about visiting the horses and chickens in the morning. Note the wall between the living room and first bedroom isn’t soundproof so best to put the kids in the second bedroom if you want them to sleep while you watch TV or talk in the living room.

Overall, a satisfactory place to stay(if the weather is cool) and Vicki was welcoming and assisted by putting the AC on (It was 37 degrees). Here is where improvements could be made, there are 2 separate types of accommodation here. The lodge looks good in the pictures. We got the cabin(1 or 2 pictures of this). It's a nice enough park cabin, but it's sweltering hot even with the AC and fans on. We couldn't sleep until it cooled outside enough for cabin AC to overcome the heat load. This was around midnight. This is something that guests need to be aware of in the warmer months. Cool weather 7/10. Summer 3/10.

Aunty Vicki

Cabarita Lodge was exactly what my husband and I needed after being on the road for 10 hours with our three dogs. Vicki (host) has a knack for being present but in no way intrusive. She is on hand for any of your needs, in my case, a needle to dig out a splinter. Vicki’s three little fur kids also play a vital part in making you feel at home. On leaving Cabarita Lodge Michael and I really felt like we were saying goodbye to a family member. Vicki is one amazing woman who provides a very comfortable stay with your fur kids. We certainly recommend Cabarita Lodge.
