We had a wonderful time. There were plenty of beds and bedrooms as well as bathrooms. We stayed from December 23 to December 27, and there was even a Christmas tree to make our stay more special. Tony was easy to reach and quick to respond.

Our family of 9 had a great time staying here. Having 3 of the 6 bedrooms with ensuites plus a main bathroom was very nice. We all had so much fun playing in the pool and hot tub, especially the kids. There were several pool floaties that had holes in them but still enough for the kids. The bedroom with the king bed wasn’t as clean as it should have been with a stain of something spilled by the night stand, found a bag at the footboard, a used bar of soap on the window sill in the shower, lots of hair in the bathroom vanity and drawers, and a scum line in the tub. The other front bedroom could use a bedside table & lamp. The kitchen could use an inventory check: there are about a dozen strainers, a medium and a small sized frying pans with be handy, there are no small/teaspoons and very few large spoons, seems to be several pot lids and very few pots. It was very handy having a washer & dryer. We had a fun family air hockey and foosball tournament. It was also great to have so many towels for all the pool fun. We used the back yard lots, barbecued several times and lounged around between Disney and site seeing trips. Very handy being 10 minutes from Disney Land.

Near Disneyland

The house overall met our needs. Alot of rooms and beds. Small living room and dining area. Nice big pool the kids enjoy with a hot tub. I would say a bigger fan for the room near the garage because it gets really hot. More toilet paper we ran out and had to go get some. Nice quiet neighborhood. Big driveway we had 3 cars and they all fit.Overall i would recommend if you are not too picky.

Great home and location. Minutes to Disney. Three families were able to stay in this home and be comfortable. The pool and hot tub were well used. Host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Decent setup and not sketchy but missing some things I expect for the price

The downsides: 1) missing scrubber for grill but otherwise great 2) check-in was slow and cleaners delayed us by 20 minutes because they weren't done yet 3) plumbing issues 4) jacuzzi request was not as responsive or correct. Missing bubbles. 5) pots and pans in terrible condition, and there's like 10 pepper grinders and no pepper for some reason. Just refill them. 6) neighbors to the south were loud; I think that's where all the noise complains were directed to. The upsides: good location neighborhood, livable amenities in kitchen and living room, decently clean and new interior, good bed conditions, nice pool and grill area, plenty of towels, plenty of parking, decently responsive owner with clear instructions. Misc: There's a closet labeled towels that's empty.. Shampoo missing from shower but turned out to be in the cabinet (just put it on the shower). Needs rugs coming in from back yard as that tracks so much water if people use the pool.

Perfect Family Vacation

This home was perfect for our visit to Disneyland and the area. It is close to many activities, restaurants and stores. When we weren’t at the parks we cooked our meals at the house. We had 7 kids under 8 years old and they just loved the heated pool and hot tub for play and swimming. With so many rooms there were great options for each family. If you have a big group and want to stay together check out this place it’s Worth it to all be together.

Great place for a big family getaway

The home was plenty big for our family of 5 couples and children. The pool and hot tub were great! You do need to message the host to get the hot tub turned on, but he was very responsive. It was very close to Disneyland and we were able to come and go as needed. Definitely worth it!!

Great place

I didn’t want to dock a whole star for cleanliness, just 1/2 because there were a few small things we cleaned ourselves when we got there, but overall it was clean. There wasn’t a crockpot, so we bought one and now there is one in the house LOL The pictures don’t show it, but there is a fence between the house and the pool which was great! Except the gate has a tendency to slam shut. It’s easy enough to send To y a text to start the hot tub, but I wish we didn’t have to. I felt bad bugging him all the time and a couple of times he was busy and didn’t see my texts for a little while. But that didn’t stop us from enjoying our vacation The rooms are spacious, plenty of sleeping spaces. Three of them are ensuites. . The kids loved the fooseball table in the attached garage. Over all, it was a great place to stay to explore CA and we’d for sure book it again!

Wonderful house for our Disneyland vacation - We'll be back again

We had a wonderful time at Tony's house for a week long Disneyland family vacation. There were 15 of us there (10 adult, 5 kid) and the house was PERFECT for it! The fact that every room had a very large bed, plus the 4 bunk bed room, made it very easy for us to divvy out rooms. The pool was a great size (and thankfully does have a gated fence which isn't pictured in the property photos), had a bunch of pool toys there to play with, the hot tub warmed up quickly and was a good size for many adults, and the gazebo area was fun to have a family BBQ the first night we arrived. There was lots of towels inside the house, extra bedding, etc ready for us. Having this many bathrooms sure saved a bunch of hassle getting ready in the mornings. The kids had a fun time playing air hockey in the garage. Having a washer and dryer helped so much throughout the week. The drive to Disneyland parking was about 10 minutes. We easily fit our 4 vehicles in the driveway (1 minivan + 3 small SUV) and could have fit 1 more small vehicle if we needed to. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we're for sure "bookmarking" this house for us to stay in again in the future.

Conveniently located

Close proximity to beaches and the parks. The pool was nice to have. Tony was very responsive when asking to turn on the hot tub. Lots of beds. They all were very firm. Big kitchen and plenty of bathrooms.

The house’s layout was smartly designed with the dining, kitchen & entertainment areas being located in the center & each private room opening directly to it. The grill, pool & spa were a delightful treat.

Great location for Disneyland & Huntington Beach

The house is a great size 5 bedrooms & 4 baths. Room to spread out. Pool & Hot Tub work well. Had to text owner- Tony, whenever you wanted the spa to heat up. He was very accommodating. None of the wall clocks work. That can be either a good thing or a bad thing.

Overall it was fine

Overall the stay was fine, but would benefit greatly from additional attention to detail (additional kitchen items, cleanliness, working plugs and switches, etc
). When we first arrived at 4:00 to check in the cleaning crew was still there, things happen, but this is less than ideal. Especially considering they were cleaning after previous renters who appear to have hosted a bachelorette party as evidenced by the penis confetti that had been yet to be cleaned up, and then explained to the children in the group. The house actually has four bathrooms which was a pleasant surprise since the listing says two. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the owner was always very quick to respond to turn on the hot tub. Obviously this is out of the owner’s control, but one of the neighbors has a rooster that would crow in the very early morning hours. The light sleepers in the group were woken up by this rooster everyday. About half the group slept deep enough that they never noticed. Overall, the house met our needs and was fine, but we would likely try a different house if we return to the area.

Central Location to many attractions

Enough space for family gathering. Close to Disneyland, Angels stadium and beaches are 25 minutes away. Pool area was nice with plenty of seating, an umbrella and a table And chairs for 6. Only complaints were dirty baseboards and floors that turned our feet and socks black so we wore shoes all the time. Kitchen needs a toaster, cookie sheet and large skillet. Had everything else. Neighbor played very loud music until after midnight Friday and Saturday but did turn it down some when asked.

Poor electricity

The owner was very responsive, however on our last day there, the air conditioning went out in the house. Then the power kept going out and we kept having to reset the breaker. Two of my guests actually left early because it was too hot and so uncomfortable inside the house. Sleeping that evening was so hot and uncomfortable. The next morning a technician came out and kept asking questions while we were trying to pack up and leave. Not the best way to end the weekend stay.

Great spot for our week in Anaheim

This property worked out very well for our group of guys working at a trade show. Plenty of space for parking was a big plus and very clean. Would definitely recommend.

What an amazing place!!

It was just like the pictures. Very welcoming it was a very amazing stay! Tony the owner is an awesome guy he responds back quickly and very nice. Would defiantly recommend this place to everyone!! Would book again!

Great House! Super kid-friendly! Perfect for large families!

We needed a house in the O.C. for a basketball tournament. This house was centrally located and had all the amenities we could possibly need during a weekend stay with multiple families. Extremely kid friendly with what we designated as the "bunk room", all the kids had a great time playing in the room, the adjacent game room and the pool in the backyard. It's a great entertaining space for the parents too! Has a fully equipped kitchen, bedding and plenty of towels. The house is clean and spacious and the upkeep is very good, inside and out. There's ample parking in the gated driveway too! While we did encounter a couple of issues with the water heater, Tony, the property manager, acted quickly and resolved the issue in a timely manner so as to not inconvenience the guests any longer than necessary. He was easy to get a hold of to answer questions and his response time was equally as fast! All in all, I highly recommend staying here.
