It was great for us although we thought the water was closer. Pretty remote on a dead end. House is super and unique. Plenty of.room for larger groups. Melissa is fantastic and very responsive.

Lake view was beautiful from the shoreline as well from the house. The house had lots of room with two kitchens. The dinning table was a nice size for 6 people. We had four couples in our group and the house was spacious for us all. There are a few things that could have been better. One of the bedrooms had stained carpet and a few bedrooms had light bulbs out and fixtures not working. The kitchen really needed more cookware for the size of the house. Also the house really needs to be updated a little.

Thank you so much for making us aware of these things so we could address them! Our crew handles these things so we were unaware. Last weekend we replaced all the light bulbs, washed the carpet and did some touch up paint! After this season is over we will be pulling up the carpet! Again, thank you and sorry bout that!

Summer family getaway

Our family loved having direct access to the lake from the property, and we had a great time using the kayaks and the lily pad. The grounds were well-kept, and we especially enjoyed the fire pit, the deck and patio. The location was perfect for us, as we explored both Roaring River State Park and Eureka Springs.

This year is the fourth time we have stayed and enjoyed this house. Our family has become attached to its' access to Table Rock lake for floating, kayaking, and boating. Close to Roaring River state park and Eureka Springs Ark are an added plus. Melissa was very attentive to our needs...an excellent host.

"The Great Passion Play" trip

The house is very comfortable and spacious and the area is so peaceful and quiet. If we are in that area in the future we would stay there again.

This is the 2nd time we have been here and it was just as nice as the first time. Our family had such a great time. We relaxed did some fishing. Saw some wildlife.. deer, foxes and a racoon.. the grandkids loved it. Would love to come back again.

I'm glad you mentioned this as I need to add it to the information folder! The water was never hooked up to the fridge so we have put ice trays in the freezer to make sure our guests still have ice. The tap water is well water and it is delicious! It's actually the only tap water I'll drink 😀. Sorry for the inconvenience though!

Quick birthday getaway

We loved staying here!!! It's perfectly tucked away but still close enough to little areas like Eureka Springs. It had more than enough space for 4 adult couples. We loved the huge outdoor firepit and tons of space to play games and grill dinner. The owner was awesome about responding to any questions and needs. Thank you!!

Mettling vacation

This property is so perfect for our family. The house is so spacious and comfortable! It is always very clean! The location is awesome as it is close to the water and the cove is a nice quiet cove to swim , fish and kayak. We have made many beautiful memories at this wonderful vacation house! The property owner is always very kind and helpful.

Extended Family Vacation

This spacious house has lots of room for your friends or family to spread out. A nice easy hike to Table Rock Lake and nearby Eureka Springs is just a 20 minute drive away. We've already booked the house for our family vacation next summer! there for next summer!onext year!
