Hi Susan, So glad to hear you had a great stay. Our official address is actually Grovetown. But we are right on the edge of Evans, so it's understandable to think that.

This property was even better than pictured in the listing! Everything was in great condition and special touches were found in consideration of our dog—there was a water bowl and tennis ball in the fenced in backyard. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and dining. There was plenty of storage space for clothing and luggage. The sunroom and covered patio provided a private space to enjoy nature, dine and relax. The neighborhood was quiet and filled with equally lovely homes. Grocery stores and restaurants were within a short distance from the house—such an ideal location. We hope to be able to return in the future.

The house was pet friendly which was essential- had perfect seating for my family. Neighborhood super convenient to interstate and to other family members homes. Fenced backyard a plus - we had 2 small dogs and the park area across the street made a great place to walk dogs. Host was easy to communicate with and willing to be avyif needed.

This home is by far The Best rental we’ve ever stayed in! We arrived a bit late due to flight delays so we didn’t get a run to grocery store. No need to worry, everything we needed was there: coffee for keurig, sweeteners, everything you would ever need and more! The home is decorated beautifully and thoughtfully. Towels were plentiful, detergent for dishwasher and laundry were provided as well. The back porch and outside porch were perfect to enjoy morning coffee and relaxation. The location was close to everything- food shops, places to eat, etc. I would give this property 20 It truly was perfect for our stay and graduation at Ft Gordon. I must mention the master bed was too soft for our liking, but we all slept well.Thank you for a Perfect Home!

Ryan was quick to get back to us with any communications we had with him. Check in / out a breeze. Nice quiet neighborhood. Safe. Close to grocery stores & Walmart. Second time renting this property. Ryan allowed us early 12 noon check in for an extra 75. We had use of the garage so we were able to park one of our vehicles inside to accommodate the space in the driveway. Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, cups, silverware, pots, pans, etc. Plenty of linens. This property is pet friendly and we love the fenced back yard for the pup and the kids. We used the grill this trip. Plenty of propane. Grill was not clean. Needs a good once over. You will need your own toiletries. We would rent the property again and will if we have another ballet to attend for the Niece. We would recommend this property and host.

Hi Teri, Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the location, neighborhood, and overall setup of the home. I wanted to clarify a few of the items mentioned. I believe I know the area you were referring to regarding the wasps and went ahead and treated it out of caution, although no active nest was found. Regarding toiletries, additional supplies are stocked in the garage, as outlined in the house guide provided prior to arrival. You were correct about the grill, and that has already been addressed. We make a strong effort to ensure the home is well-prepared and that all amenities and instructions are clearly communicated ahead of each stay. Best, Ryan

Perfect Accommodations

This house was the perfect accommodation for a short family celebration in Evans. The house is beautiful and cozy. The neighborhood is very nice. We will definitely stay again for our next visit to Evans.
