Une belle maison située à Twickenham dans le London Borough of Richmond-Upon-Thames; sud-ouest de Londres.

Veuillez noter: les 4 chambres ont des lits doubles avec une literie fraîche. Les lits sont arrivés après la prise des photos.

Un quartier calme, sécurisé et convivial avec d'excellentes liaisons de transport et une accessibilité au centre de Londres et au London Underground Service à Richmond Station.

Grand parking privé avec caméras de sécurité pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 voitures. Enregistrement 24h / 24 et 7j / 7. 4 chambres, 4 lits doubles. 2 salles de bain et un WC en bas.

La chambre principale a une salle de bain attenante.

Liaisons de transport rapide, à 20 minutes de Londres Waterloo dans le centre de Londres.

Superbe propriété bien entretenue; très proche de la gare de Twickenham, Richmond, du stade de Twickenham (domicile de l'Angleterre de rugby), de la Rugby Football Union, de St Margarets, de Kingston, de Hampton Court, de Kew Gardens.

Vous adorerez la vue, le calme, le jardin. 3 min à pied du parc Moormead et des courts de tennis. Convient aux couples, aux voyageurs d'affaires, aux familles.

Beaucoup d'espace pour se déplacer et un jardin pour profiter. Le jardin est grand mais est partagé / non clôturé avec la maison voisine où j'habite.

Les photos étaient avant l'arrivée des lits, mais il y a 4 nouveaux lits doubles avec une literie fraîche.

Une literie fraîche est mise en place avant chaque nouveau client. La maison est nettoyée et entretenue à un niveau élevé.

Cuisine entièrement équipée avec couverts, casseroles, poêles, cuisinière, four, micro-ondes, bouilloire, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et sèche-linge.

Si vous réservez plus d'une nuit, vous pouvez venir inspecter l'établissement à l'avance.

Le garage a été converti en studio privé et n'est pas inclus et loué séparément avec son propre accès privé.

Ne pas fumer à l'intérieur.

Twickenham House

Twickenham is a lovely suburb to stay. It is a 45 minute train ride to London Central. The town itself offers a lot of sights, pubs and restaurants as well. The house was comfortable for the 6 of us.

Fabulous location for us all, parking, everything you need around and about, we all enjoyed our stay tremedously. The only slight downside is the property needs a little TLC and would benefit from a lick of paint now and again to maintain the fantastic appeal

Our family loved the spaciousness of this home and it was so roomy. If you have small kids it is great to have a place with room for little ones to unwind. I think it could use a little TLC and a spruce up. The owner was very responsive to our questions we were very comfortable here.

Good Location for rugby

Spacious property in good location for rugby at Allianz Twickenham stadium. Kitchen very nice but some areas of the house need attention eg skirting boards and window frames need replacing, couldn't get shower in en suite to work, some stains on carpets.

Richmond area home

Peaceful home very close to Ted Lasso locations and train stops in Twickenham to get to London. We had a van and could enter the property without trouble. Only downside was not having more time to visit the area.

Large house, with well sized bedrooms, top floor was excellent but hot water ran out after a shower, very warm good heating. Lounge/diner disappointing, a bit tired, needs a spruce up. Kitchen well appointed in general.

Clean but Lots of Carpet moths. The carpets had been recently replaced but the carpet in the downstairs cloakroom showed what damage they do. We have had to wash everything that we had with us, hoping that we aren't bringing moths home. Otherwise it was very clean. Live like a local

Roomy accommodations in residential area of Twickenham. Kitchen was well equipped we only had to bring in food. Short walk to shopping plaza. Short bus ride or 15 min walk downtown where you can spend the day shopping or sightseeing along the river where there are many good stores, restaurants and pubs. In town catch the train to London - Waterloo or transfer to underground in Richmond. Host was very accommodating; responded quickly to any questions and was helpful with things to do or dining suggestions. We had good weather and after a day of sightseeing, we enjoyed a glass of wine on the outside patio.

Family reuniting in London

Great space and garden. Loved upstairs, especially the showers and compfy beds. Lots of utensils/ crockery in the kitchen. Needs a little TLC in regards to carpets, net curtains and furniture and comforts eg coffee maker. Not enough toilet roll, dishwasher tablets or kitchen roll, had to purchase along with body wash/ shampoo and conditioner. Overall tho very happy with the space.

The dishwasher tablets are in a box in a cupboard to the right of the machine. As per the check-in details shampoo and conditioner are provided on request as some guests prefer to bring their own. Spacious Twickenham Home

The house was warm, spacious and the showers were excellent. Location and property was absolutely perfect for hosting friends and family who made day trips to join us. Easy access to downtown Twickenaham, Richmond, river and motorways. The owner was easily accessible, quick to reply and helpful with our questions about the dishwasher and the washer/drier. Much of the kitchen crockery, utensils and flatware were chipped, broken or worn out and had to supplement ourselves. I'd caution anyone with back issues as the beds weren't the best, each had their own unique discomforts. I would also recommend future visitors bring their own towels, as they were few in number, thin and either very inexpensive or worn out.

Family wedding accommodation

We were a family group of 8 including 2 children who were visiting London to attend a family wedding close to the property. The accommodation was convenient and had all we needed. It appeared clean and the bathrooms were modern and sizeable. It would have been even better if we had more information for our brief stay such as closest shops and restaurants etc. Also we knew the garden was shared and we did not know if our children could use the play equipment in it. When stripping our bed we noted that there were no pillow or mattress protectors which I feel are necessary when letting a property to lots of different people. Also some basic maintenance issues such as a dripping shower and a bed that required a repair.

However I will review and see how I can make this more visible and more informative to guests. Also had you messaged me I could have informed you of any local amenities you were looking for. I'm sorry to hear the shower was dripping. I will look into this but have not had any other reports from other guests. Disappointed

The rooms were fine however showering is a challenge. We had 6 adults but were not made aware you have to pace the showers or run out of water completely. There is two water pumps upstairs, I've never seen this tupe of system. The master shower had good water pressure however the other shower the overhead didnt work and shower pressure was non existent. Also we couldn't stream any shows in the evening. Application kept restarting and would load programs. Kitchen was well equiped but couldn't find paper towels or kitchen towels.

Hi Shamin, it's a gravity fed tank in the attic which is common in the UK. In your case it seems you were showering in the early morning. The only communication I had from you was that you left at 5.40am The hot water is on a timer and so the tank stops heating at 11pm. As per the guidance in the house if you want to shower I'm the middle of the night, turn on the hot water again manually at the nest thermostat otherwise it can run out. If I had received any messages or queries id have happily assisted to get this sorted, but the review is the first time I heard you had any difficulty. All the best and thank you for your booking.

The quiet, secure and peaceful neighbourhood with friendly neighbours is a rare find in London. It's a 1970s chalet build with private driveway and parking for multiple cars for any guests.

Perfect for visitors who want to visit London but a place to stay which is away from the hectic hustle and bustle of the rest of the city.

Great transport links by bus, train (20 minutes to London Waterloo) and underground (10 minutes to Richmond Station for the District Line)
