I love bicycles, the mountains and Pink Floyd - these are the three main topics in the apartment.
You will find a lot of signs in the apartment: all of them are a heritage form the socialist times when I grew up-. They are funny and some have funny spelling mistakes.

After many years of loneliness, the family nest of my childhood invites you to revitalize it with your energy. In return you’ll get the unique charm of XX century apartment enriched by the treasurers of 4 generations. You’ll enjoy also the view of the Vitosha mountain in the core of one of the oldest, tranquility and beloved neighborhoods of Sofia.
It has also have:
- mindblowing ambience resembling a time travel machine, inspiring reminiscence of the 19th and 20th century, before the digital revolution;
- coziness of a 20th century family home;
- all modern amenities and fresh designer interior;
- many treasures, gadgets and artefacts from generations past, dear souvenirs and memories within my family;
- peaceful, calm and quiet neighborhood, with preserved urban spirit, one of the elite areas of Sofia;
- central location, in the heart of the city, walking distance (5-10 min) to Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Sofia University, National Theatre , the Parlament;
- proximity of amenities and transportation- metro from/to the airport (20min); trolleybuses, buses;

The kitchen is has a laundry, microwave, fridge oven and all necessary equipment to cook. The coffee and tea is provided by the host.

The cinema close to the apartment is missing in the tourist guides. This is the oldest still functioning movie-theater in Sofia – since 1926. If you are lucky you can watch Bertolucci’ masterpiece “1900-XX century” or take a morning coffee on the sidewalk in front of it. On the opposite corner you can enjoy the tastiest cake “Garash” (Гараш) in my favorite pastry shop from my childhood. The long queue on your left as usual is for the manually prepared, fresh-baked buns and bread in one of the oldest bakeries in the city. In the end of the day you can have a drink at the beginning of the street in the Art club, where prominent Bulgarian musicians perform live music.
The neighborhood is peaceful, calm and quiet with preserved urban spirit. There are many embassies in the area and the neighborhood is perfectly save for a night walks. It is one of the elite areas of Sofia.

"This place is awesome! First of all - it looks exactly as you see in the photos. I don't know how they've done it but the moment you step in, it feels like home - even though it has a very unique character and is filled with memories of other generations. I love everything here - from the creative use of skis as part of the furniture, art nouveau posters and educational plates to the collection of old photographic equipment and the flight plan of Apollo. Secondly - the layout is very comfortable with separate areas for working and resting (important for someone who works whilst travelling) Thirdly - the flat is in walking distance to the major sights whilst at the same time being on a quiet side street. Fourthly - the hosts are super accomodating and the communication goes without a glitch. They are curteous and helpful. Will definatelly stay there again"
