The villa is a bit older, but very well maintained and exceptionally clean. It’s fully equipped with everything you need and in a great location, close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the place.

We had a wonderful stay here with our family! The property was in a great location, especially if you have a rental car. There were plenty of grocery stores nearby, and the North Shore beaches were all easily accessible, with the added bonus of free parking.The pool was beautifully maintained with weekly service, and the beds were very comfortable, making it an enjoyable and relaxing place to stay.One thing that really stood out was the kindness and understanding of the host. My elderly father accidentally broke a large glass water container during our stay, and the host never made an issue of it. My father was quite worried about having to replace it or being charged, so the host’s thoughtfulness and generosity meant a great deal to our family.Overall, we had a beautiful stay and truly appreciated the hospitality. We would happily recommend this property to other families!

Parrot Villa Review - Jan 2026

The villa is in a quiet area that is conveniently located close to a large grocery store and Eagle beach. The villa is spacious and has two large outdoor areas - the pool and outdoor shower are great for cooling off after the beach. The villa also has beach supplies (towels, chairs, cooler, snorkel gear) that make the trips to the various beaches that much more convenient and enjoyable. I highly recommend this villa - we were a family of 5 adults and had plenty of room.

Good location, close to supermarket, easy to get to other locations by taxi or walking. First visit great time.

The directions to the house are very confusing because the streets are poorly identified and duplicate their names. It took us 4 hours to find the house once we arrived in Bubali. The house is clean and beautiful with comfortable rooms and beds. Some animal is using the pool patio as a toilet every night. The pool is NICE. the hot water is random. There is no coffee maker. Overall, a great villa.
