Lower Bluff -The Beach Escape, Big Yard, Pets & boats yes, great shaded Deck

L'Escape est une cabane de plage traditionnelle qui est parfaite pour 1 ou 2 familles et les animaux de compagnie. La maison principale ayant 2 chambres, salle de bains, salon et cuisine, l'évasion du bungalow pour enfants a sa propre télévision grand écran, un grand canapé et une douche et des toilettes et a dormi nos 4 adolescents confortablement. Le bloc est grand, donc beaucoup d'espace, aucune autre maison ne partage le bloc
 
Reliant l'arrière de la maison et du bungalow est un grand nouvel espace de terrasse orienté au nord qui contient une table à manger en plein air, un canapé, un hamac et de nombreuses chaises.

Le platelage est construit autour d'un grand arbre qui crée de l'ombre naturelle.

Téléviseur grand écran dans la maison sur bras pivotant pour assurer une vue magnifique quelle que soit la configuration.

La table à manger peut accueillir 10 personnes à l'intérieur et la même à l'extérieur avec 2 tables

Notre prix reflète une maison de vacances simple mais très efficace. Notre salle de bain principale vient d'être rénovée, la terrasse est neuve et le bungalow offre non seulement une autre chambre mais un deuxième salon intérieur avec TV et canapé. Le platelage orienté au nord offre un endroit ensoleillé pour s'asseoir mais a un mélange de soleil et de zones ombragées en raison du grand arbre.

Veuillez apporter tous les draps et serviettes de bain / plage.(doonas / oreillers fournis)

-Balade / balade à vélo à travers la réserve naturelle d'Edwards Point, promenades de 30 minutes à 2 heures de retour
-Le week-end, descendez à notre Yacht Club et prenez un verre au café à seulement 10 minutes du front de mer absolu
-Nous sommes à 5 minutes en voiture des commerces de St Leonards ou à 50 minutes à pied très agréables
-Jouez au cricket sur la plage (vous pouvez utiliser notre équipement)
-Visitez les courts de tennis gratuits en ville ou le terrain de basket (vous pouvez utiliser notre équipement)
-Dormir dans le hamac sur la terrasse
-Visitez les vignobles de la péninsule de Bellarine
- Visitez Queenscliff et montez sur la tour qui vous offre une vue fantastique sur la région
-Point Lonsdale a des piscines rocheuses
-Le surf d'Ocean Grove dure vingt minutes.

Parfait pour les enfants car il a des taches peu profondes et un creux plus profond.

David's house is in a great location that's a nice short walk to the beach and a quiet place to relax.With every bedroom having its own bathroom and a completely separate living area that's connected with a large deck with BBQ area - this is the perfect family beach getaway. Holiday

A nice house to stay, its a shame there is no dryer as i can imagine in winter it would be tough to dry anything.Overall a pleasent place the front and back decking is beautiful, however we most likely will not be back as the backyard is not secured off from the front and we had a neighbour "pop in" to tell us negative things about the area, nothing of which was vital for our stay, we were put off and felt we no longer could relax.

Thanks for the recommendation for a dryer something we will look to do once the summer is over. Our house has a front fence and a drive way that leads into the back yard. Our 60 year old female neighbour thought our family was there and came to say hello most people appreciate the friendly and relaxed vibe of the lower bluff area. At anytime guests have questions about anything they can contact me like the requests to arrive early and depart later which we are happy to help with.

Fantastic fenced in yard allowed our dog to safely roam about. Very clean, ample seating everywhere. Plenty of space. Would recommend this place very highly!

Great family holiday

Had a great holiday with our 5 kids and dog. Walking distance to Edward's Point Reserve and a short drive into St Leonards (with the best fish 'n' chips in Victoria). Owner excellent with communication.

This property was clean, neat and had such a great beach feel about it. The property exceeded our expectations for convenience and comfort. Communication from the owner was by far the best I've ever had, this was an easy transaction and great consideration was given to us which made our holiday amazing! The proximity to the beach is great along with a number of available beach/bush type walks, just outside your door. I would very highly recommend this property, its provides everything a relaxed, comfortable, cozy beach holiday should have. Thank you for our great holiday.

Very happy with our stay

The home and bungalow were very clean and everything you need is there. Enough space for a bigger family and nice big yard for our pet. It was a great location for taking walks to the beach and all around the area. Would stay again.

Relaxing, perfect beach stay

A wonderful beach house with everything you could ever need and perfect for families. Lots of space outside with the great deck and all the extras- hammocks, bbq and outdoor settings. We enjoyed our three day stay in your lovely beach cottage. It was a home away from home. We were fortunate enough to have great weather and the deck out back was perfect to enjoy it. Excellent pet friendly property

Our 2nd short stay at this lovely house. Tidy and secure yard for 2 small dogs. Great walks on the beach. Back deck is great place for relaxing and meals. We had all we needed and have no hesitation in recommending this property as a comfortable base in this area. We will be back at some stage and hopefully for a longer stay. Property owner David is excellent to deal with.

Wonderful, pet friendly property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property had everything we needed and pet friendly as well, with the 3 small dogs allowed inside. Situated in nice quiet area which suited us. We have already rebooked and can't wait to spend some time on the back deck in some slightly better weather early next year.

We choose this property as we wanted a large block with plenty of space. Large established trees and the retreat gives you that extra space. Walk into the nature reserve in 5 minutes and onto the beach in under 10 minutes. Its quiet bushy and relaxing with dirt roads between you and the beach walk via the nature reserve

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Large block of land so you have plenty of open space around you as thats what we come here for. Some properties have two houses on the one block with others almost on top of you. Plenty of space for kids and dogs to roam inside secure fences. A large north facing deck that in summer has a mixture of sun and shade with the decking built around a large tree. The front also has a large decking where you can see a partial sunset and wait to great family and friends. All bedrooms open onto a decking area with sliding doors giving you a bright and open feel to all rooms, If you have a boat plenty of room to get it of the road. Each Bedroom is airconditioned as is the two living areas giving you comfort. The large rear deck is built around a large beautiful leafy tree giving natural shade with a built in BBQ and sink. TV in 3 rooms. Wifi ,washing machine,
