Nice place in comfortable neighborhood

Nice comfortable place. Could have used a couple or wash clothes and at least one additional lounge chair for sunning by the pool. We enjoyed the Gold Coast community.

Family friendly !

Nice house, equipped with everything you might need, perfect patio with nice pool and BBQ . Very Close to the beach. Loved it! We’re totally coming back !

Very nice property. Clean new linens, pots and pans, outside furniture. The pool was a plus. I’d definitely rent this unit again. They were very helpful if you needed anything.

Disappointing Stay in Aruba

The online listing did not reflect the condition of this condo. The grill was completely rusted out, and the ignitor was gone. The patio furniture was falling apart. The master shower would not get warm and had no water pressure. I have pictures to support all of this.

We booked this 1/18 - 1/23. The night we arrived we realized there were many lights without working light bulbs. The next morning we had a flood in the kitchen. The 2 upstairs bathrooms had no hot water. The downstairs bathroom would not flush properly. The pool was a swamp that took 3 days of our five day stay to fix. The pans provided were not something you could even cook on. The property owner's response was that the unit would be updated in March. Not helpful. He was not accessible via phone so you had to wait for a response. I would be happy to provide photos.

Secure Property in Aruba

An excellent overall property with good estate security and facilities. Some minor problems in first couple of days sorted out by good local Agent. Also a great base for visiting Aruba. Good car parking in front of house. Good air conditioning. Felt safe and secure in property.

Nice and clean

This condo is located in the newly growth of Aruba. Safe and near some of the most beautiful beaches with no commercial tourist to crowd up the beaches. Our condo had a pool of our own and there was a community pool by the restaurant “Salinas” full bar.

Great Family Stay

Victor was a wonderful host, very communicative throughout the whole process from booking to checking in. I'll admit I had no concerns during my stay even though Victor was there if I needed. To have the private pool in the backyard was great for just walking out and taking a dip. We loved the hammocks as well, which served it's purpose in helping us relax. Loved the gated community, although I felt safe anywhere in Aruba. The 3 bathrooms was great for my family. I plan to return to Aruba in 2022....Thanks again Victor!

The property was good. We had some issues with some things ,safe didn’t work washer was on its last leg but owner was quick to respond to any problems. Nice having a pool. Quite Neighbourhood friendly staff, but need a car.
