Jamar Lodge - Venez vous reposer un certain temps.

Venez vous détendre sur une ferme en activité. Une belle retraite tranquille, située à 25 minutes de Bendigo, à 30 minutes de Heathcote et à 45 minutes d’Echuca. Près d'un fabuleux pub de campagne et d'une piscine communautaire. Une base idéale pour faire des excursions à Bendigo et Echuca ou pour visiter les établissements vinicoles locaux de Heathcote. Peut-être voudriez-vous pêcher dans la rivière Campaspe à proximité ou visiter un parcours de golf à 15 minutes. Partez pour des promenades, du vélo, du yoga ou soyez créatif et faites des croquis. Observez le ciel nocturne scintillant et les magnifiques couchers de soleil dans un cadre rural. Une autre option consiste à observer la vie des oiseaux. Dans la loge, nous avons un guide et une liste des oiseaux observés. Les installations de cuisine comprennent un four, un four micro-ondes et un barbecue. Un petit-déjeuner continental est compris avec des fruits frais en saison.
Jamar Lodge contient deux chambres qui ont une reine et deux singles king. Il y a une cuisine spacieuse, une salle de bain moderne avec baignoire et douche à effet pluie tropicale. Une immense terrasse avec des sièges vous permet de profiter de la sérénité. Un climatiseur à cycle inversé vous permet de rester à l'aise en hiver et en été.

Our host Marie was lovely and very welcoming. She was easy to communicate with and even let us feed her lambs! The accommodation was beautiful, clean and homey. Very peaceful location and would go back in a heartbeat.

Great stay

We totally enjoyed our stay. Learning about life on a sheep farm and feeding the lambs were highlights. Accommodation was very comfortable. James and Maree were so friendly and inviting. Thankyou both for making our stay a lovely one.

Peaceful

A weekend in paradise

Great place to stay, we will definitely be back. Highlights were feeding the lambs and patting the friendly sheep. We also loved the local country pub and checking out the local wineries. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed

Great place to stay

It was just what we needed at the end of our holiday. It was relaxing and peaceful. The kids enjoyed feeding the lambs and meeting the sheep dog. The owners were so helpful and bent over backwards to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommend the place. We will be back.

Fabulous stay

Delightful hosts, we enjoyed learning about merino farming & feeding the lambs. Accomodation was clean, comfortable & everything we needed to relax & unwind. The local pub meal was great. I highly recommend this stay, it was fabulous. Maggie

We had a lovely 2 nights at Jamar Lodge . Maree was there to greet us with a big smile and had the heating on . The place was very comfortable and the little extra’s were a greatly enjoyed. We will definitely return .

Great stay in comfy house

Stayed with a couple of friends for weekend away in this lovely house. Very cosy with nice effective heater in cold. Lovely setting and not too far from Bendigo/ Heathcote. Owner very responsive to messages and according to my friend who was first to arrive lovely in person. Highly recommend.

Relaxed country stay

We loved our stay at Jamar Lodge. Clean and pretty with everything we needed and the added breakfast. Maree and James were wonderful hosts and lovely people willing to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We loved feeding the lambs and playing with Charlie the dog. We also learnt lots about sheep farming and wool. Perfect place for our little get away. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay

We spent one night there. Host was very welcoming and had breakfast cereals, milk, bread , spreads available. Some snacks and chocolates too. Very clean place. My 2 and 5 years old fed lambs and we enjoyed our fire place. Thank you

Simply the best!

What an amazing, incredible stay! The property was clean, fully equipped and just as described. The location on the farm is unbelievable, we enjoyed every second of seeing and looking after the sheep and lambs and learning about how the farm works. But over and above it all, the welcome and warmth from Maree and James was phenomenal. They are, quite simply, the best hosts we've ever been privileged to stay with. We will remember our stay always thanks to them and their increduble hospitality.

I am a recently retired teacher after spending 32 years in the Primary system. I am married to a farmer. We run a merino sheep farm. I love meeting people and sharing a little of our life on a farm.

When you visit Jamar Lodge you will have the opportunity to relax in a rural setting. Enjoy the peace and quiet of a farm setting. Go for walks in the paddocks. Sit by the dam and watch the sunset. Awake early to watch the sunrise sitting with a cuppa on the decking. Have a try at yabbying or feeding the lambs. Learn about our wool production. In the cooler weather, enjoy marshmallows cooked over the fire pit.
