Stunning property!

Amazing property with family friendly facilities. We had 10 kids with us and they all had a ball. The house is stylish, spacious and well-maintained. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Loved it!

We had a big group including babies. It was perfect for us, for parents to enjoy dinner & drinks together, while babies slept. Very well insulated sound proofing! Fantastic room size & spaces to entertain. Fabulous place. Owners very accommodating

The Perfect Hosts for our AMAZING Wedding Venue

A huge thank you to Natalie and James for being the most lovely, kind and accomodating hosts. We just had our wedding on site, staying for 3 days in The breathtaking Willow Tree Estate. To have our whole bridal party, partners and family able to stay on site for the duration of the wedding, was truly something special. From the stunning surroundings, to the incredible house and facilities, to the beautiful gift and card Natalie and James gave us for the wedding. Nothing was to much trouble to help make our day so special. Thank you so very much for allowing us to celebrate in style for what turned into a 3 day wedding weekend extravaganza! We will never forget it!

Absolutely Amazing place and time spent away with Friends

Willow Tree has everything and more that you need on holiday. Plenty of things to keep the kids entertained. So much room for everyone, and the view was amazing. Every one of our guests were blown away with the place. Photos don’t do it justice! James and Natalie were such a pleasure to deal with. They went out of their way to help us get settled into the place, even meeting Coles online delivery and putting away our food items in the fridge etc ready for our arrival. I felt like I had known them a lifetime before my arrival. Willow Tree gave us all a home away from home for 4 days to celebrate my husbands 40th. No one wanted to leave. We hope we can visit again one day soon!

Amazing home, great location for a large family get together.

Such a great space for large groups to enjoy all the Hunter has to offer. All the amenities that you could ever need plus great spaces to unwind or be active (pool). The owners are incredibly responsive to any need and providing a wonderful break from the pressures of life. Can't recommend the place enough.

Amazing property with everything you could need!

We stay here for an extra long weekend to celebrate mums 60th. All the family plus there kids.. Comfortably sleeps 20 people with room for more if needed!! Deco in each room is beautiful, kitchen amazing .. Tones of crockery! View is to die for, peaceful & calming! Ample seating to eat indoor & outdoor. Lots of entertainment & space for the kids & we never felt crowded. Would definitely recommend & love to come back.

Amazing Property

Our work crew of 20 enjoyed an amazing weekend at this property. Attention to detail is taken into account in every aspect of this home and property surrounds. Excellent house plan, layout suited our group to a tee! All facilities were in good working order and every possible need was covered. Would highly recommend this property to any larger groups wishing to spend time together under the one roof. If your lucky enough, you may run into "Ginger" the beautiful Kelpie who would randomly wander about on the lawns of the grounds

A stunning property

The house and property was perfect for our 10 couple get together. Lots of space and choices of areas to sit and chat. Great kitchen as well. Spectacular views to top it off.

Excellent Property for large groups

Willow Tree Estate was fantastic. A luxury property which was excellent for our large group of 12 adults and 13 children. Plenty of space outside for the children to run and play including a good sized pool. Plus for quiet afternoons the bean bag movie theatre provided great entertainment. Plenty of space for a large group to eat either indoors or outdoors.

Fantastic property in the Hunter Valley

I recently booked Willow Tree Estate for a work event and everyone was blown away by the property - no one wanted to leave. The booking, checking in etc. was all a breeze. The house itself is amazing - a full commercial kitchen allowing cooking for large groups, plenty of common areas to chill out, the outdoor dining area is great to take in the views of the property. We will be back!

Excellent property.

We booked this property for our annual team building weekend away. We had 17 people on the trip and the house still had loads of space. It is beautifully maintained and totally geared up for big groups with a chefs kitchen and endless space. Every bed is comfortable and it mean't that no one had to get a 'bad' bed or room. I would highly recommend this place.

Exceptional!

Willow Tree Estate is exceptional. It was perfect for the yoga retreat, there was space to practice inside during inclement weather and the deck outside was perfect for the remainder of the time . The rooms were beautiful. The layout is perfect with spaces to gather and come together as well as spaces to sit in peace and quiet. Absolutely loved it!

Heaven in the Hunter

Absolutely perfect. We loved everything about Willow Tree. The staff at Hunter Valley Stays were incredibly friendly and helpful and always got back to me within hours of any enquiry. The property was perfect and the attention to detail from both Hunter Valley Stays and Willow Tree was exceptional. We loved the close proximity to many winery's, sipping champagne and watching the sunset, waking up and stepping out onto our own private balcony with a cup of tea and watching the kangaroos graze, fabulous entertaining areas (indoor and outdoor dining catering for large groups), the theatre room, the pool table, large and comfortable couches. Large private rooms with ensuite and tea and coffee facilities. A pool to entertain the kids. A truely wonderful property. Thank you very much.

Fantastic weekend. Beautiful place!

I booked Willow Tree Estate for my 40th birthday celebration. I was really pleased with the house, the rooms are spacious and luxurious, with plenty of common areas inside and out for relaxing and entertaining. the views across the vineyards to the escarpment are beautiful. It was a very clean and well presented property and the owners were very accomodating to request both prior and during our stay. I'd recommend it to any group large or small, it's a top spot and there is plenty to do both on and off the property.

Awesome house!

All the rooms furnishings were lovely and the house was very roomy. It was clean and comfortable to stay in for the weekend. The staff were very easy to talk to regarding the booking and the many questions I had leading up to our stay. I always got a quick reply to my emails which was very reassuring being the event planner.

Wow! Incredible scenery, location, set up and experience. Feel very lucky to have stayed here. 5 stars!!!! Recommend this to anyone. Best place in the Hunter. Incredible Home.

Willow Tree Estate was everything we had expected from the photos and so much more! We had 20 people in the home and it more than catered for everything and everyone. The beds are extremely comfortable, the bedrooms huge and the industrial kitchen is amazing. The views upon waking up in the mornings were spectacular. We will be back!

Perfect weekend getaway

I recently stayed at Willow Tree Estate with a group of 20 friends over the weekend. The house was incredible, with spacious bedrooms, beautiful views, a huge kitchen and plenty of areas to accommodate a large group. The property is perfectly set up to host large groups. James, the owner, was extremely accommodating and helpful when needed. I would recommend staying at this property to anyone planning a group trip to the Hunter.

company getway

We do a weekend away on a yearly bases and this is by far one of the best accommodation we have stayed at. Large kitchen with amazing and comfortable beds which enough for a group of 22 people to each have their own. Would happily stay again
