This property was very well maintained. Perfect for a couple on a getaway to the Nashville area. Provided excellent shuttle service into Nashville. Close to the Grand old Opry to take in a show. Overall would definitely stay again.
Excellent experience! This is the third time was have stayed in this resort. Staff friendly and helpful. Our unit was clean, spacious abs well equipped! Love the location and the fact that we can take the shuttle downtown. I very highly recommend staying at this resort. Itâs the only place we want to stay on our return trips to Nashville!
We loved staying here. When we checked in our room was not ready so we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite that was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked with all appliances needed to cook meals in the room. We also went swimming at both the indoor and outdoor pools. Both were well maintained. We would definitely stay again!
Stayed at the resort during the CMA Festival. It was awesome that the resourt offered a shuttle to and back from Downtown. During the week of CMA they extended the times to give guest more flexiblity during the busy week. My only thing I did not like was I wanted to extend my stay for one more night and the resort could not help, we needed to go thru a corporate 1-800 number that did not answer for over an hour wait, called several time. Should give the resort the ability to see reservations.
The room layout was fabulous. The energy of Kayla at check in was excellent.
The bed was comfortable and the rooms were large.
Unfortunately I have never stayed anywhere where I was constantly seeing insects of all kinds. Primarily in the shower area and the kitchen by the sink.
My husband and I were very uncomfortable with the bug situation.
We were in Nashville for a dance competition at the Gaylord. So glad we stayed here! Super close to the Gaylord, far less expensive than a hotel, free parking, and so spacious. Large unit, comfortable bed, large kitchen with all you need to cook some basics. Also, the complex is so nice. They have lots of activities planned in case you have any down time when you are there. Pool games, karaoke, live music, food trucks, etc. You can see the main pool and hot tub from the unit, but there is some space so it's not loud. Great patio off the living room, we sat out there most nights. We lucked out finding this place for our visit to Nashville.
Nice location for visiting Nashville because shuttle was offered.
Nice but had to take a handicap room and that was awkward as there was little space to hand towels. At check-in, customer rep could not give us a time or guarantee a non-handicap room.
Handicap shower was hard to use due to hose system coming into shower space.
Wydham property itself very nice Vrbo experience no so much
Careful about booking. Mine was CONFIRMED for 3 nights but I received a email days later saying I could only have 2 nights. The propert itself was very nice full kitchen with dishes and cookware, bed was comfortable, grounds very well maintainted, felt safe. Kind reminded me of a Disney property. I did not use the shuttle into Nashville but would have if I stayed longer. It is near pick up for Redneck tour of Nashville at parking lot of Scorecard (a nearby restaurant)
This property was very well kept and our rental was clean. The pools were just about perfect! I wish there were a few more options at the gym, perhaps a Smith Machine. Very quiet area of Nashville and super convenient to Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills. I strongly recommend Santa Fe restaurant nearby for great food with low prices. Parking at night wasnât always easy to find. We took in quite a few concerts and often got back late.
I wish there was some sort of accessible park nearby on the river. If there is one, we didnât see it. I wish we had a heads up that we would be asked for a commitment to some sort of tour/timeshare pitch. The sales guy was very pressuring when we were simply trying to check in and wanting some relaxation from the 8 hour drive.
Location very close to Opry and room was very spacious and had everything needed. The only issue and why not 5 stars is we checked in early at noon & knew check in was 4pm but just stopped in to put money down. We were told we would get a phone call when room was ready. We never received a call & went to check back in at 4:30pm & told room now ready??!!?? We were told to sit in lounge area which we did for another 15 min and then my husband knew I was about to unload on someone he went up to check in desk again & this time he got a young man who helped us. He said whomever started our check in NEVER finished it so we were in limbo. He got us checked in and gave our room key in 10 minutes.
The room was very out dated. Mold was growing in the faucet knob in the shower, flying bugs in the bathroom area.
Carpet and drapes are very outdated, back patio was full of cobwebs on the top. Needs cleaning attention. Checkin was our biggest complaint, the sharks trying to sell us a timeshare was extremely pushy and rude. We just wanted to enjoy a fun vacation celebrating our kids 21st birthday and they pushed for us to make time out of our short stay to sit in a 3 hour meeting. Took 20 minutes for them to finally take NO for an answer. Makes us never want to stay at a place like this again.
