Cette propriété exceptionnelle est probablement la meilleure que Beechworth puisse offrir. En tant que l'une des locations de vacances les plus récentes pour les grands groupes, cette rénovation et cet ajout majeur ont été conçus pour les vacanciers.

Avec des accessoires et des appareils de qualitĂ©. la propriĂ©tĂ© dispose de 4 chambres (lit King avec salle de bains, 2 x chambres Queen et 1 lit double). Le canapĂ© pliant dans le salon sĂ©parĂ© est proche de la taille d'un lit double et il y a un matelas de lit simple sĂ©parĂ© qui peut ĂȘtre retirĂ© et installĂ© dans l'une des chambres.

Il y a 2 zones TV / salon - parfaites pour placer les enfants dans leur propre espace pour regarder Netflix.

Des kayaks et des lignes Ă  main pour la pĂȘche sont disponibles ainsi que des nouilles pour flotter dans le lac.

C'est Ă  environ 10 minutes Ă  pied de la ville (environ 1 km), mais une fois que vous arrivez Ă  la maison du lac, vous ne voudrez plus partir!

Admirez le coucher de soleil sur les jardins chinois tout en sirotant un verre de vin. La maison est magnifiquement calme et vous pouvez entendre la merveilleuse vie des oiseaux tout en profitant de cette vue spectaculaire sur le lac.

Such a Gem of a place, so peacfull, easy walking distance to town either by road or the walking track down thr hill .plenty of space and comfy beds. Nothing was a fuss when checking in. Beautiful.

Lake House was the perfect stay for our group of old school friends and partners. So close to town, and right on the lake, which was ideal as the weather was cold and we stayed snuggly inside and enjoyed the views.We'll be back again in warmer weather

Idyllic house on the lake

This was the most beautiful house for 6 of us to stay. Beautiful views over the lake, easy walk in to town, lovely wood fire and fabulous kitchen stocked with everything to make cooking at home easy. The house was actually more beautiful than the photos indicate. Karen is a wonderful host who was easy to get in touch with at all times, thankyou for a perfect stay!

the perfect spot

Shhh. Don’t share the secret, but this is the best accomm ever. Karen is an incredibly generous host. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable and cosy for a home away from home. & has everything you will need for your stay. Located right on the lake yet walking distance to town, it’s a fabulous and peaceful location. We bought fishing rods, my teens enjoyed fishing and kayaking. Lots to do around Beechworth or chill on the deck & do absolutely nothing at all. Thank you - hope to be back very soon.

Karen was so lovely to deal with from the very beginning. A group of 8 friends rented this gorgeous house to attend a wedding nearby. Lovely weekend away in beautiful home

Extended family used the house for a winter weekend away. The property is beautiful and the house well-stocked and warm on what were pretty miserable days of weather. Comfortably fit seven adults in the living area and around the kitchen table. Would happily stay at this property against. Short walk into town also - had it not been raining, we wouldn’t have needed our cars

A lovely stay in Beechworth

We stayed at this lovely property in Beechworth and were pleasantly surprised by how cozy and comfortable it was. The style was tasteful and made us feel right at home. The fireplace was a nice touch and kept us warm on chilly nights. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, and we enjoyed cooking meals together. The location was great, and we were able to explore the town with ease. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend this property for a relaxing getaway.

Brilliant place for a Beechworth stay

We all loved your property Karen, many thanks. Only issue of note was that we had hoped some basic breakfast provisions would be provided eg bread, eggs etc. Details about this were not evident from the online listing but have typically been a feature of similar properties we have used in the area an elsewhere. Super Comfortable

We absolutely loved this stay. We paddle boarded on the lake with our friends and kids (6yrs 9yrs) bit of a steep decline down to the lake but was doable. House was super comfortable with everything you would need for an easy weekend. Kids and adult board games and activities were a great add and we loved them also. Walking distance to town also. We will be back!
