Great location

Condo is small but fine for two people. Excellent location and good amenities on site. Great golf at Desert Willows, we weren’t aware of a discount on greens fees for Westin guests until our second round there.

Nice resort for family trip

Condo room was great. Nice air conditioning (quiet), dark room shades and full kitchen. I would recommend.

Perfect In The Desert

Desert Willow is a 12 out of 10. The staff, the condition of the resort. The beauty. Will definitely recommend and hopefully be back.

Nice place

Great villa. Clean and plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. It’s a ways away from the main pool so you have to walk or call for a shuttle to get to the pool with the slide. The other slide was closed when we were there.

Great Weekend in Palm Desert

We had a great stay at this property. The room was the perfect size for the three of us, and very clean. We did not hear any noise from adjoining rooms. All the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. We used the pool by the lobby and the service at the pool was great. Having the slide and the game rooms nearby was also fun. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for Spring Break

The property is gorgeous! It's our first time staying in a place with a kitchenette (instead of hotel room) and the extra space of a one-bedroom and kitchenette was fabulous. Making coffee in the morning from the room is easier than walking to local coffee shop, but there is one on premises should you want a barista's touch. My daughter loved the pools, and I loved the hot tub. Our family doesn't golf, but we can still admire the perfectly manicured grounds.

Always love staying here. A good time at a great price! Clean amenities; good quality food, drinks and facilities. Especially love the grills and kitchen. Only suggestion is perhaps expand the teen room. It’s small. Need to double activities. 2 of everything etc.

Reservation was cancelled by the owner

We showed up and our reservation was cancelled. The Westin helped us get another room but it was noisy and the beds were uncomfortable.

They canceled me the day we were supposed to go

This stay was canceled and luckily I noticed before us going on our vacation. Very Disappointed ☹️

Great

Check in was easy. The resort front desk is very accommodating. The resort has a lot of scheduled activities for guests. The pools are properly maintained. We used the party pool with the giant slide and one of the quiet pools. The rooms were clean and spacious. The party pool water was warm; at least body temperature warm so it was a little bit uncomfortable in the 114 degree heat after an extended period of time. That is where the quiet pool came in because the water temp in the quiet pool was perfect.

Bad for kids

This property was great but the listing shows slides so we went with our kids. Turns out you have to be 4’ or bigger. Our kids are short but great swimmer can couldn’t use the slides at all. Huge bummer.

Upon checking in, the lady at the counter was very rude Cut us off in mid sentence. The air conditioning did not work in our room which we called several times for repair, The thermostat was set at 68 and if we clicked higher, it would stop working. I have stayed at this property several times and this stay was the worst.

Perfect for 4 golfers

Slept 4 in the 1BD and had plenty of room to eat, sleep, and watch TV between rounds.
