C'est une nouvelle propriété terminée en novembre 2019. Prêt pour les vacances et 2020! Il dispose de 5 chambres et 6 salles de bains et demie, une vue imprenable depuis chaque chambre. Grande piscine, barbecue, entièrement équipée. Cette propriété est à 5 minutes de la plage et de l'hôtel El Conquistador.

A truly amazing property with wonderful views and spacious balconies with tons of usable space for outdoor lounging and dining. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the grill was in perfect condition. Beds were all very comfortable.The property is very close to great dining and various tour options around Fajardo. The driveway is a little steep, but we had no problems getting in/out with midsize SUVs.Host was very responsive and helpful with various special requests.We had a group of 8 and it was unanimous that we would all come back and stay again.

This is a high-end property with a gorgeous view, in a great location. Our kids were very happy with the pool and we all enjoyed the very comfortable rooms. We appreciated that all the kitchen basics were provided even sunscreen and bugspray, which is not always the case in VRBO. The property manager was very responsive to every request. We highly recommend this property.

we loved the pool. And the slide was a big hit too. I would have cleaned up our messes during the week if there was a broom available . The manager was super responsive to all our questions.

The house was exactly as pictured and the view cannot be understated. There were some issues with the property (broken AC, broken internet, broken pool slide) but the hosts fixed almost all the issues ASAP. The property could also use a little TLC to repair wear & tear but it would not stop me from recommending this property to another guest.

Beautiful property with great ammenities. Provided us with an excellent staycation on our way to a resort. The driveway was a bit of a surprise but all in all added to the adventure!

This property with its double wrap around balconies was amazing. Each of the 5 bedrooms had access to the outdoor panoramas, as well as their own ensuite bathrooms. I can't say enough about the views of the Caribbean as well as the El Yunque rainforest from this home. The home was open and spacious with many areas to gather inside and outside and enjoy the scenery and constant cool breeze. The first trip up the steep driveway was an adventure - but it was worth it for the incredible views and breeze. There is plenty of parking - our group had 4 cars but room for more. There are gazebos to sit and watch sunrise as well as another on the west side for sunsets - a perfect set up! The pool was a big hit with all ages, and whenever we were not exploring the nearby attractions (rainforest adventures, boat trips to Culebra, kayaking the mangroves, etc) we would be enjoying the pool&slide. During the World Cup we loved gathering in the TV/office room and cheered our hearts out! The landscaping was gorgeous here, and the kitchen was spacious and featured everything we needed. The hosts were easily accessible and went above and beyond with special touches, knowing we were celebrating milestone birthdays that week. They even brought a new NinjaBlender to us when we mentioned we loved making smoothies. They also supplied beach towels, umbrellas, beach toys and swim floats!I highly recommend this amazing home and all of its beauty inside and outside. Thanks for a perfect family reunion!

Together time

Great property for the extended family to have time together and enjoy the relaxing life in Puerto Rico. Far from the hussle of the city for some isolation, but the activities were only minutes away. The house is beautiful and the views are awesome.

We had 5 couples stay at this property for a work retreat. It was the absolute perfect house for us. The setup was perfect. The pictures don't do it justice. The view was breathtaking. The house was gorgeous. I can't wait to come back!

Thanksgiving in Puerto Rico

Amazing views, spacious home, wonderful place for family vacation. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly. One suggestion—-kitchen needs more silverware —-hardly had enough for our family of 12 for even one meal.

Beautiful mansion

The views from this property are breathtaking. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which is very convenient. The house is stocked well with beach chairs, coolers etc. The staff at Caribbean Luxury arranged a private chef for a special dinner one night. Additionally, there are so many fun things to do in the area. We had a wonderful time.

A lovely property with amazing views.

The property is quite gorgeous, sitting atop a mountain with nearly 360 degree views that include the ocean. The house is spacious and roomy (plenty of room for my family of 10 to all have private rooms), and well appointed. Most importantly the local manager is highly responsive to any concerns, and assisted us immediately with all of our queries. In addition, the location in PR is ideal with easy access to bioluminescent tours, top beaches, and the El Yunke rain forest. I would happily stay at this property again.

Awesome villa

The property was gorgeous and everything my girlfriends and I expected. Plenty of bedrooms and spacious kitchen and dining room. The view outside was spectacular. The only problem we had was finding the Villa on Google maps. Other than that, our stay was awesome.

The photos don’t do justice to this magnificent house. The views are breathtaking. The house is large enough, but somehow felt intimate to our group of 12. That said, there were plenty of spaces to have a private conversation or just enjoy by oneself. My favorite is the firepit at the end of the parking, overlooking El Conquistador resort. I can’t say enough good things about this absolute gem. Be warned, however, that the driveway is VERY steep. Never lost traction but my low-to-the-ground rental car scraped the bottom a couple of times when starting to go up it. Our relatives with SUVs had no issues whatsoever. Still, this is just a tiny inconvenience in an otherwise exceptional experience. We’ll be back!

Paradise hilltop views

Celebrated the 50th wedding anniversary of my parents along with my and my brothers family. Quiet serene location. Plenty of space for everyone. Each room had its own private bathroom. I can’t imagine a property with better views in Puerto Rico. I would suggest that you rent a Jeep as the slope of the driveway is extremely steep and not ideal for regular cars especially after a rain.

Amazing Stay

We have so much we would like to rave about! First the communication was exceptional. Our 1st VRBO was cancelled while at the airport on our way to Puerto Rico! We found this beautiful VRBO and were able to book within a few hours of our arrival. The house is absolutely beautiful! The views were breathtaking and the house had everything you can think of! The location was perfect! We recommend to anyone traveling with a big group. Thanks again for being so accommodating!

Communication with the host was exceptional. We had some extra requests due to the size of our party and these requests were handled with kindness and professionalism. The home is grand! Great location, clean, secure, well equipped, private and comfortable. Enough beds and space to easily accommodate up to 20 people. The views were heavenly. We enjoyed yoga on the upper terrace, family bon fires under the stars each night, a family games area with a dominos table. Lounging in the pool, the children loved the water slide. Thanksgiving dinner with a dining table that easily sat our large party of 10 overlooking the ocean and countryside. When we needed additional propane for the bbq, the hosts responded immediately so we could serve our dinner on time. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone, especially large families. Our family made many new memories this holiday, and this exceptional home was the perfect backdrop for a weekend we will not forget.
