Well located quiet spot short walk to beach

Great location, multiple spaces, all you need and lovely towels/bathroom products supplied.

Back to nature

Lovely place and very quiet listening to the birds. Owners are very caring and made our holiday really comfortable. Bush setting and lots of shade to beat the heat.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful location

We spent 4 nights in this lovely comfortable character cosy home which is in a quiet bush setting. Though it rained a lot it’s a place you can happily just be in. With the beach and bush at the doorstep we didn’t let the rain stop us! Swimming and walking was really fun and afterwards we loved using the hot outdoor shower to rinse off. Shops and cafes are close by too.Can happily recommend!!

So great!

We had an amazing stay at this place in Bateau Bay! The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, with the soothing sounds of waves and birds in the background. Cafes within walking distance, the coast track walk literally across the road where we could also sit and watch whales. It really felt like a little slice of paradise. The place itself was cozy and welcoming, offering the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Great family house

The house was beautiful. Location was convenient, very close to the mall. The kids loved the pool. The bathroom has a free standing bath, amazing. Would love to come back again. Thank you Gwen.

This house was lovely! Owner Gwen is so welcoming and helpful, when we had an issue with the rental car she graciously picked us up at the train station. The house had everything we needed and we got groceries and cooked there. The Balinese feel was lovely and the beds comfy!Pool was too cold for us but lovely, we walked to the beach and that was a short walk downhill - bit of a trek up! Would recommend having a car as Uber were a bit more here. The Beach was spectacular and when in the home, we had privacy and relaxation. The main road had a bus that was easy to use and catch. Gwen was a wonderful host and we would stay here again!

Beautiful

This house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could need even down to the smallest details, we choose this property due to it being very close to my brother and my parents were over from the uk, we all had the best time playing in a very clean pool, I will definitely be visiting this property again, Gwen was so accommodating and checked in on us by phone a few times through the week, thank you for a great holiday.

No privacy

I wish i knew that the owner lived upstairs & we would be judged & monitered everything we did. It did not say in the listing that you would be sharing the place with her. I Was told it wasn't a party house when i had the childrens father & uncle arrive for a visit, & then asked to ask them to leave within 5 minutes of arrival. Not recommended for young families or people who like privacy.

Amazing place and amazing host

What an amazing time we had. It was so relaxing and the property had everything, so we could stay in if we wanted to or we could go out. It was close to amenities. And Gwendoline was just the loveliest person, she made sure we were comfortable when we checked in and throughout our stay. I will definately be coming back and also reccommending this stay to all of my friends and family. Thank you for such a lovely time Gwendoline.

Beautiful Bateau Bay Getaway!

Went to Bateau Bay for a family event, the house we stayed with was absolutely lovely and fantastic. Suited all our needs - the styling inside was Thai/Balinese inspired and really made you feel the holiday vibe! Surrounded by nature, and just across the road from the beach & the lookout - always something to do, or to just relax! Walking distance from a great cafe. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Had an amazing experience here, highly recommended and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Amazing stay

We had a fantastic time in Gwendoline' s place. It was sparkling clean, very quiet and very well equipped. The swimming pool was amazing The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and easy drive to all the amazing locations that the Central Coast offers Gwendoline was a fantastic host, we definitely recommend this place to stay and would love to come back

Stay in Bateau Bay

Very nice place, the photos don't do the place justice. Short walk to the beach and nature trails all around. We stayed for a week put would be loved to have had two. Gwen met us on arrival and was very helpful and friendly throughout. No hesitation in recommending this place and the area more generally.
