This place is as beautiful as the pictures. We had 12 people and plenty of room for everyohe to enjoy.Beth is very responsive. I reached out a hand full of time and every time she responded quickly.

Great place for large group! Nice view and not far from all our outings. TV above fireplace outside wasn’t working, and it was replaced quickly the next day! Would definitely stay again.

The rooms and accommodations were great. We took a group of 24 with 18 of them being teenagers from our church.The only issue we had was one of the refrigerators upstairs wasn't working and the coffee maker took over an hour to make one pot of coffee. Not a good scenario when you have 6 adults needing that caffeine. The teens had plenty to keep them busy with the game room and the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of seeting for everyone. Would recommend for a stay in the branson area.

We have three refrigerators at this home, and yes, unfortunately the compressor went out on on of the units. We are replacing that unit. Thankfully two other refrigerators were working great! We have more than one coffee pot at the home, and we would have loved if you would have called us and we would have had another delivered within a very short period of time. Thanks for staying. Beth

This property sets the standard for a relaxing family getaway!

This is our 2nd time to stay at this property, and we enjoyed it as much the second time as we did the first. Beautiful facility and they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and fun. We look forward to our third stay with you, because we are coming back!

Highly Recommend!

Beth was great to work with and responded quickly to all my questions. The house is beautiful and nicely set up to accommodate our group of 20. It was nice having adequate space to cook and gather, but also areas to retreat to if you needed a break. Highly recommend!

Perfect group getaway

Large house accommodated our crew wonderfully. It gave space for the adults to hang out and for the children to play. Beth was easy to work with and super helpful on a holiday weekend.

Family weekend

Very comfortable even with 12 under 13 running around. Large rooms. Kids enjoyed game room. Fantastic view of Tablerock Lake. Would definitely recommend.

A wonderful place to stay for our “Cousin’s Reunion!”

Lakeview Timbers had 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms which perfectly accommodated our family for an annual reunion. Having a ADA accessible bathroom & bedroom was helpful for a family member. All rooms and restrooms had plenty of space. The kitchen had all the necessities for our use - really helpful as we cooked some family meals on site. The gathering areas upstairs and downstairs were nicely appointed. We did bring additional camp chairs & folding chairs to use for additional seating as the dining tables had bench seating. We had a wonderful stay!

Abundance of room, fresh and clean, kitchen was wonderful, gathering was great in the main room and the extra living area downstairs with pool table, outdoor area and hot tub were great! We absolutely enjoyed every minute.

Epic! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to host our family of 17, ages ranging from 4-65. The bedroom configurations were absolutely perfect to give everyone plenty of space to unwind. The kitchen was a dream-fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The kids loved the game room, hot tub, and community pool. The grownups loved the ample deck space with incredible views of Tablerock lake. A quick 5 minute drive to Silver Dollar City. The host was quick to respond to any questions or needs, which was very appreciated! We will definitely be back!!

Perfect Set Up for All Ages

We were a group of 18, ages 2-93 and the property had something for everyone. From the incredibly relaxing views off the deck to the game room downstairs, there was never boredom. The space is designated perfectly to keep everyone comfortably engaged without feeling crowded.

Even Better Than it Looks

This house is unbelievable! It is gorgeous, clean and comfortable. The pictures really don't do it justice. The view of the lake is lovely and we saw some deer several mornings that we were there. Very convenient to Silver Dollar City and all the Branson activities.
