Grande 3 niveaux 5 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain maison sur 5 acres avec vue sur le lac Skaha. La maison a des vues de toutes les pièces, que ce soit une vue imprenable sur le lac skaha ou les magnifiques montagnes environnantes. Regardez le soleil se lever et se coucher depuis les ponts privés. Cette maison a son propre vignoble et verger fermé avec beaucoup d'espace pour tout prendre. Kaledan est une communauté tranquille au bord du lac à seulement 10 minutes de Penticton. Fantastique maison privée!

Great setup for our multi generational family of 9 to stay for a wedding at Linden Gardens. Convenient to Penticton and OK Falls and, of course, just a few wineries.

Kaleden Property

Our family keeps going to this property because it is lovely, large, clean and private. The night time views toward Penticton and directly across the lake are amazing. We love the winding path from the entrance gate to the home and several family members jog it as part of their exercise program.

Comfortable Stay

Comfy property to come home to after long hot days of wine tasting and biking. The Caledon Beach was a short 20 minute hike. We loved our stay.

Fantastic views, perfect for group of upto ten

Spacious accommodation with great views. Quiet neighborhood. Bathrooms on each floor with en-suite in the master bedroom. Close to bike ride trail, and central for wineries. Dining room and family room was a nice place to eat and chat at the end of each day.

A beautiful, spacious, very comfortable home with many amenities for a fantastic week-long stay for 8 friends. Great view of Skaha Lake. Extremely well-stocked kitchen which we loved because we cook a lot. The only drawback was the non-functional oven, which thwarted my scone-baking & dinner casserole plans. Dishwasher top rack also needed minor repair, which we were able to do ourselves. Owner was promptly communicative & helpful, although the oven required a part ordered so could not be fixed while we were there

Another great family holiday!

Our family loves the house and outside yards. The house provides several different places for family members to gather for conversation and games. The views of Penticton, the valley and Skaha Lake are amazing. It was extremely hot outside but very pleasant inside with the air conditioning. The kitchen is very well equipped. We hope to return for our fifth visit next year.

Skaha Lake Vineyard

This place has everything you need for a family vacation. Lots of rooms, places to visit together inside and out. It has all the kitchen items you need to cook together in the kitchen or to use the BBQ. (All that was missing was a keurig). There was enough towels for all. accestawasheranddryer.dryer.

Family Gathering to celebrate a 95th birthday

This was an ideal place for family coming from outside the area, to get together to celebrate our patriarch’s 95th birthday. The bedrooms were comfortable and there was lots of areas for sitting. The only thing you couldn’t tell from the photos is that there are 3 levels to the house, with the extra flight of stairs to the bedrooms an issue for our elder. The view is stunning. In all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This property was all we could ask for, quiet, beautiful view, nicely appointed for eight seniors (4 couples), nice location to scenic opportunities. Cleanliness is definitely a problem and needs to be dealt with.

Renters be aware of this rental. We are very disappointed in our experience with VRBO and renting in the BC mountains. This was at the time of the fires and the BC government putting out a notice for all vacation travelers to not enter the area. We followed that requests and cancelled out trip and had to make other arrangements for our vacation. VRBO agreed and cancelled our trip returning their portion of the fee. We received emails that we would receive a full refund. We cancelled all our hotel reservations for the travel and receive thanks as the rooms were needed for residents in area suffering from the fires. After all this was arranged and agreed with the VRBO team member the government changes some restrictions. We were scheduled to travel on august 27th and that time fire and smoke were still everywhere. We had no plans to risk any travel at that time in the BC area. The owner has refused to reimburse us with a comment that “All Bookins were back on by default” and he has now gone silent refusing to mediate or discuss We would recommend any one travelling in the area to look for other accommodations. Everyone we have talked to can’t believe they didn’t honor the cancellation agreement.

Had a Mom’s wine weekend away and so happy to have found this home to stay at! So clean and so much room and so quiet! The view of the lake is awesome, pretty much a view from each room! Close to the wineries in OK Falls and a short 15 drive to Oliver. We would love to stay again!

Perfect family stay

My family and I stayed here during the Ironman race in Penticton and it was just what we were looking for! John and Krista were the perfect hosts - not overbearing with communication but always responded instantly to any questions leading up to our stay and during. Their home has plenty of space and everything you need for a comfortable getaway. Would absolutely stay again!
