Skioni cottage is located 3 km from the popular tourist town of Nea Skioni, in a well-kept picturesque complex, with a large private plot of 500 square meters

Only 12 km from the cottage is located one of the most tourist and popular towns of Halkidiki - Chaniotis. At 10 km from the house there is a hospital with hot hydrogen sulfide springs. Near the complex there is a small five-star hotel with a bar, tennis courts, boat rental services (extra charge services).
On the 1st floor: a living room with a fireplace and upholstered furniture, combined with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom. In the living room, the sofa unfolds into a double bed.
