DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. When I got to the rental to check in, there was already someone staying in the house. The host had allowed the previous renters to stay thru my booking without any notice to me. The host would not answer phone nor email contact from myself or Vrbo. Also Vrbo was not helpful at all. I didn't take pictures when I first arrived so Vrbo support insisted that I go back to the occupied house even though I was a female alone. Without pictures, they would not refund me. Even after I went back to get photos, Vrbo did nothing to assist with getting a new booking. My family was there for a funeral and was already stressed. The lack of service from the host and Vrbo was really awful.

Super cute house in a great location. Easy drive to downtown Knoxville and walking distance to several coffee shopsband breweries. The host was available to answer all of my questions. My family had a great time. We would definitely stay here again!

Owner was unresponsive to requests. I chose this place because it had a grill. When I arrived, the grill did not turn on. I reached out to owner with no response. I reached out again the next day and he told me to go get gas for the tank. I have now lost 2 days and I have a fridge full of food for the grill. Overall, the place is fine. The grass has not been mowed and there are still Christmas decorations out in April. Also, the towels are moldy. The pictures are deceiving.

Pros: Very cute inside with lots of warm tones, old home charm and character. Nicely refurbished. Great tea selection for guests (thankful for that, since most hosts just supply a few days worth of coffee). Great location to all the local restaurants, sporting events, entertainment and walking. Cons: cleaning crew needs to do a better job with dusting, trash cans, “detailed work”. Outside is a bit deceiving, since yard and patio is not maintained, Christmas lights and decorations still up, but did appreciate the rocking chairs on the front porch to enjoy the weather and read. Took us 35 minutes to get into our rental once we got there, since the key code sent to us was not active, and the host was not responsive. Worked back-and-forth on the phone with VRBO and then all of a sudden the keypad worked.Overall, a good choice for a weekend rental when it comes to location and charm.

Came with family and friends for Tennessee victory over Florida! Love the location in walking distance to South Coast Pizza and Red Bud restaurant as well as others. House was clean and perfect for our stay! Would stay again! Hosts were great

Clean, adorable and near everything!

Perfect Location, Perfect Home and Amazing Hosts

Perfect place for hiking, bike riding, kayaking, dining and breweries. Everything is in easy walking distance on the South River side and Market Square is $9 Uber ride. The home is well stocked and decorated.The hosts incredible.we will be back.

Perfect for grad school reunion

5 of us who went to UT for grad school met up for a mini reunion. Great space to catch up and quickly get to good food, campus, and other places the out of towners wanted to visit while back in Knoxville!

Cute Property!

Listing accuracy I gave 4 stars because I thought there was 1 King bed and they were Queens. I totally suggest a King bed in 1 of the bedrooms. Super clean and easy check in process! Great location leaving a UT game. Would stay here again😊
