- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).

The daily rental rate includes absolutely all charges (also electricity). Housekeeping is also included, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.

Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay (the listed rates are for a standard occupancy of 2 adults per bedroom): massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings! Also, only a small down payment is required to confirm the booking.
