The house is spacious, warm and sunny. It is centrally located and close to reserves, playing fields and walkways, with shops and restaurants just minutes walk away. It is on a back section, very quiet with great views of the night sky and plenty of off street parking. 2 heat pumps and log burner keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Its decorated with our favourite art and a well stocked library of books for you to enjoy during your stay and making sure you feel right at home.

This house has been renovated to be fully wheelchair accessible.

You'll have the entire house to yourself.

The location of this place is very central, nice and clean and tidy and plenty of room for our group of 12.

Check in was very easy. Kitchen had everything you needed. Wifi was great. House was lovely and warm with a beautiful fire and heatpump. Communication was also great with the host checking in on us. Very close to town and the yard was great for our furry friend which we really appreciated. Thank you

Property review

The property was excellent accomodation for a fishing party of 6 fishing the canals. Clean tidy with all of the equipment for cooking etc. only issue was fire alarm batteries were flat with the alarm beeping constantly at varying times. Apart from that I would highly recommend this property to any larger type group.

Great summer location

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. Although an older property, it was very clean, tidy and well laid out for our family of adults to enjoy. We will differently be coming back and have already recommended it to others.

Perfect setting

We were booked into here as our original booking at another place turned out to be double booked. Honestly, I would stay here again - very central to everything, clean, tidy, warm and spacious. Also, originally booked and paid for 10 people and after four dropped out we got a refund for them! Thanks heaps

January "winter" break

While the weather was terrible, we had a very pleasant stay at 'home away from home'. The fire and heat pump were really appreciated and we used all the extra bedding we could find. Thanks for making us feel so welcome.
