Great place, great location, great time.

Spacious, clean, condo with everything you need, literal 3 minute walk to the beach, walking distance from food, alcohol, etc. Myself, fiance, and her 6 year old son especially loved having the pool available as well. Nothing better than spending the day enjoying the beach and coming home to a comfortable place to stay for a rest. Would recommend to anyone, and will be our place to stay for future visits.

As the real estate people say “ LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION”. Very close, walking distance to a lot of family fun. Definitely not in walking distance to the boardwalk but that’s an easy fix, pay $4.00 and ride ALL day for the price .

Quick weekend trip

We had 6 people for a last minute weekend trip. There was plenty of space and the unit is in a great location. We walked right over to Dunkin for breakfast and it’s a quick walk to the beach. Check in was easy and communication was great. The unit was clean with the exception of the sink drain. It smelled pretty bad if you sat right at the counter in front of it. But again, that was nothing in the grand scheme of things. The place is awesome. The kids loved the jet tub. Would definitely rent again!

Unfortunately we were not satisfied with our stay. As soon as we got there the place was absolutely filthy. The couches were indescribable, all the blinds for the most part were snapped in half, and bedding filthy. We wasted two days of our vacation taking care of someone else's house. This is completely unacceptable and we are very disappointed. We want at least 2 days of reimbursement, which would be considered fair. Thank You

Sunset out front was amazing.

Great location! Sunset view spectacular. Everything is walking distance, mini golf, fresh donuts, dumpster ice cream. We had a great time!

My fiancé and I have repeatedly stayed at this wonderful beach block rental. It is perfectly sized and always immaculately clean upon our arrival. It is in a great location to many bars, restaurants, and amenities. We didn’t need to move our car once! Can’t wait for our summer vacation here. Great ownership!

Great experience with owner

The owner of the property was wonderful and very responsive. The location was good. Our only issue was some rowdy adults staying without children. This is in no way the fault of the owner. If we weren’t staying with our kids it wouldn’t have been an issue, but the kids bedroom was at the front where others walk so they could hear the adults outside while trying to sleep. The place was worth the price and we walked to a store for birthday cupcakes for my son.

I stayed 3 nights at this Condo. It was a perfect location and very nicely decorated. The condo had everything I needed for my stay. I loved that there were so many restaurants and bars within walking distance and the beach was right there as well. I would highly recommend a stay here for a family or a friends trip. Excellent!!!

Golf Weekend

Perfect location near a lot of golf courses and accessible to many restaurants and bars. Accommodations and amenities in the condo were great for a guys golf getaway weekend. A must stay and warrants a return visit.
