Awesome Two Bedroom Balcony AC Hot Tub
Two Bedroom balcony apartment full kitchen. King bed and Queen. 2 full in suite bathrooms. A hot tub. Good wifi. 3 flat screens. Washer and dryer shared in the hall way. Can have guests. Never a charge. They must have photo ID. 5 blocks from Park Lleras the bar zone. Two wall safes one in each closet.
Restaurants and supermarket all walking distance. No car needed. Metro is 5 blocks away. Supermarkets are 4 blocks in either direction. Exito and carulla.
This is a two bedroom inside our aparta hotel. AC hot tub full kitchen washer and dryer in the hallway free to use. Balcony, wifi. Full kitchen, huge bedrooms with in suite bath rooms, both closets have wall safe. Bedrooms are big, FYI. queen bed, good mattress. Just a wonderful spot. We have someone that can assist you that lives two blocks away, if you need anything safety or otherwise. You can have guests no charge. Plus you do not need to pre-register your guests because it's your apartment.

This was by far my worst guest we ever had. A expert on everything even prior to arrival. Telling me “why is there a security deposit ? I have never had one prior “. Minute he arrived he had a list of items he wanted fixed. We immediately attended to all of this. I have a video of him being happy. At check out subway morning texting me when will I get his security back. We refunded him after cleaning. At this point he ridiculed me about my bedside manner. I had it with him at this point. You have a know it all that then criticized you as well ? I couldn’t resist. I let him have it. And if this makes this apartment bad so be it. Caleb is a miserable human. I didn’t have to take it from him on an early Sunday morning.

Crazy review from Gary. Two months after he stays he leaves this review ? To all that read it. Communicate with me. Say I don’t like hire. Don’t keep it to yourself. I have 38 properties. I’m sure one would be acceptable by the “Gary’s of the world”. Ya some places there could be noise from our neighbors. Some guests like the nightlife. Anyway with how cheap this apartment is. Freedom to have guests no charge. You don’t have to pre register your guests. Has ac. Wall safe. Comfortable bed. All I ask is communicate with us. Haha waits almost 3 months to go off on us. Don’t be Gary’s.
