Casa com amplo espaço social, duas salas aconchegantes com mesa de jantar.
Área externa cercada com 800 metros quadrados de jardim. Churrasqueira e mesa ao ar livre. Cadeiras de descanso e espaço para redes. Conta, ainda, com uma fogueira de jardim.
Ótima casa para famílias.
