Great location!

Needs a good deep clean, toilets smell, outside was dirty, flies in window seals, cob webs on the windows, outside was dusty & dirty, paint peeling on ceiling, ran out of coffee on the 1st night, Great location though.

very disappointing to read. we take before and after photos of every stay and supply a starter pack of coffee. yes the ceiling had a small amount of paint peeling after some water damage from the recent storms. these do not affect your stay and are scheduled to be repaired

Beautiful and spacious townhouse

The property is fantastic. We had a really smooth arrival and easy stay. The location is quiet yet close to a great neighbourhood. The property management company was largely responsive, but they have a terrible system for revalidating the full deposit amount every 5 days. Given we were staying for a month, this meant that every 5 days, there was an overlap before the first amount became available again. That meant, even though our card was never charged, it had the effect of double the deposit amount being inaccessible from our bank account for that overlapping time, while we waited for the first amount to be released. After some back and forth, we provided a different card to use for this purpose, rather than our everyday account, but this one was never used and the hold placed on our original card kept renewing. Apart from the inconvenience of this, the house was well-equipped, well-maintained and the team were mostly very helpful.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the property, smooth arrival, and well-equipped, well-maintained home. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the deposit revalidation process. Security deposits are a standard procedure to protect both guests and the property, and we understand how the timing created a temporary overlap in accessibility on your card. We appreciate your patience in providing an alternate card and will review this process to see how we can make it clearer and more convenient for future long-term stays. Your comments regarding the property and our team are greatly appreciated.

Very enjoyable stay

The property was as shown in the photos. Very comfortable and clean, well set out and a pleasure to stay there. Compact but plenty of room. Kitchen well stocked with utensils etc. Lovely little back courtyard A bonus to have two bathrooms upstairs and a toilet downstairs. Being able to park our cars in a locked garage was appreciated..

Thanks so much for your lovely review. We’re really glad the property felt comfortable, clean and easy to settle into. The back courtyard and secure garage are great little extras, so it’s lovely to hear they added to your stay. We’d happily welcome you back anytime. Thanks, Holly and Craig.
