This stunning 2-bedroom apartment will not disappoint with its impeccable attention to detail, serenely sunlit living and proximity to a sheltered bay loved by the locals. Featuring two spacious bedrooms, brand new kitchen and designer bathroom you will be forgiven for wanting to stay in and soak up the indoors when you stay. When your done taking it all in, head out to one of the many great cafes literally on your doorstep or step out front to the beach, just paces from your door.
This stunning 2-bedroom apartment will not disappoint with its impeccable attention to detail, serenely sunlit living and proximity to a sheltered bay loved by the locals. Featuring two spacious bedrooms, brand new kitchen and designer bathroom you will be forgiven for wanting to stay in and soak up the indoors when you stay. When your done taking it all in, head out to one of the many great cafes literally on your doorstep or step out front to the beach, just paces from your door. Sink happily into one of the comfortable beds and get lulled into a blissful sleep to the sound of waves amongst crisp sheets and linen and a soft puffy duvet.
The first bedroom offers a Queen bed and the second bedroom offers guests the flexibility of two single beds or a King bed. Just ask us at the time of booking and we will have it ready for you.
Our bathroom is luxuriously appointed and includes our range of Aurora spa products.
Our guests have access to a secure parking in the undercover carport directly under the apartment block. A washing machine and dryer for sole use of the apartment is located on the lower level.
At the front of the apartment block there is a communal grassed area perfect for watching the waves and provides direct access to the secluded beach.
There are a number of terrific cafes within a short walking distance, and Mona Village is a 10 minute walk or short drive with shops, cafes, bars, supermarkets, library and post office.
There are some lovely walking and cycling paths in the area, along with the Mona Vale Golf Course, and you can explore the Pittwater, northern beaches and national park further afield.
The centre of Sydney is a 50 minute bus trip away.

Basic toiletries include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and toilet paper.
Cleaning products include dishwashing liquid and laundry powder.
An iron and ironing board are provided.
Basic pantry ingredients and condiments include salt, pepper, herbs, tea bags and plunger coffee are provided.
This apartment is self-contained and your host, Maranda from Cushie, whilst not onsite, is available if you need assistance during your stay.
With so many walkable delights you might never need to get back in the car. âThe Basinâ is the local name for the beach accessed through private steps from the property. With a protective reef it is great for swimming, snorkelling, surfing and stand up paddle boarding. You must also take a dip in the stunning Mona Vale Ocean Pool. There are great walks and views up to both North and South headland and golfers can enjoy Mona Vale Golfcourse.
Breakfast or lunch at Armchair Collective around the corner is recommended or go on adventure to try cafes at Bilgola Beach (Zubis); Whale Beach (Whale Beach Deli); Boathouse at Palm Beach; Pasadena at Church Point. Nearby Avalon is a charming village to take a stroll and shop at some lovely boutique and homewares stores including Beachwood Designs
The Newport (5 minute drive) has the best beer garden in Sydney with views over the Pittwater and you can also try the local brew at Modus Operandi or cocktails at the Park House in Mona Vale.
For the more adventurous try sailing on the Pittwater, hiking in nearby Kuringai Chase National Park or catch a ferry from Palm Beach to Patonga and Bobbin Head.
You can catch the bus (L90, 178, 199) or double decker B Line from Barrenjoey Road to Wynyard Station in Sydney CBD. The L90 and 199 can also take you North as far as Palm Beach.
Mona Vale Village is a 15 minute walk; you will find you are spoilt for choice with supermarkets, boutiques, cafes, post office and specialist shops.
Please note that check-in and check-out times are strict as it allows our cleaning team to have all houses ready for the next guest. Early check-in, from 1pm, or late check-out , up to 12 noon, can sometimes be arranged at a $50 fee for either. This needs to be arranged and paid for in advance as special arrangements do need to be organised. Please note that requests for early access on the day of check-in will not be accepted.
