Great ski in ski out!
Our family loved 154 Mountain Brook! The unit was spacious and comfortable! The views are amazing. The location was just above the south branch chair lift literally right out our door put on our skis and off we went. We all hope to make this an annual family trip!

Multi-generation Family Get Away
8 of us enjoyed this perfectly situated condo! We skied in/out and hosted and had a great time with local family and other friends renting near by. The condo was perfect for out group of 6 adults and 2 children.It was clean and well equipped. The check in and out was super easy and all my texts with M&F were answered quickly and by a human. The skiing was great and we really could not have asked for more!The kids did not want to leave and neither did we! Will come back again for sure!

Great location; Great Rental Unit; Attentive Management Team
We enjoyed a great vacation up at Saddleback and in Rangeley (despite less-than-stellar ski and weather conditions). The rental was large and homey, and was well-located for easy ski-out and ski-in. Thanks to the rental team for being so communicative. We hope to return again in the near future.

A great stay all around!
The house was great! The skiing was great! Overall it's a great house. The only thing is that there isn't a lot of seating at the dining room table (only five chairs). The rooms were great and suited us very well!

Clean, neat, and super convenient to trails
Great condo - very clean and neat - two levels with balcony family area that overlooks dining/living area below - very quiet - only about 30 feet from the door to the ski trail - plenty of parking.

Wonderful spot. Fantastic mountain.
The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The ski I /out was perfect for our extended family. With a 2 year old just learning the magic carpet and easy access back for nap time was just right! Couldn't ask for a more relaxing experience!

Love condo and mountain
My family and I have been coming for 3 years and truly enjoy it. Well laid out for 6 people. Well equipped kitchen and hooks and benches for incoming skiers. It's a little tired - could use new carpet and curtains, and definitely more forks (6) and spoons (9)!

Perfect Condo
The condo was more that what we expected. We've stayed slope side on many mountains but this was truly ski in and ski out. It was clean, plenty of rooms and a great value. We will definitely be back. Morton & Furbish did a great job at making the process very easy and couldn't have been more helpful.

Great Place!
This Condo was a terrific option for our 3 day getaway in March. Plenty of room for our family, comfortable and the ski- in/ ski-out was so convenient. Love that it was pet friendly and we could check on the pp several times a day with ease. One bed not the most comfortable- but there were plenty of others to choose from- otherwise, terrific.

We love this condo - the location and layout are perfect for access to the mountain for a range of skiing abilities. Well stocked kitchen. All the amenities. Love the rubber grate, benches and coat hooks when you come in the door. My only negative comment is that the carpets and bedding need replacing.

Fantastic Property and Location at Saddleback!
We booked Unit 154 at Mountain Brook for a long term rental and it suited us perfectly! The property was well equipped- washer/dryer and kitchen was high on our list of priorities and this unit certainly delivered. Condo was very comfortable and a great place to come home to after a long day out. Everyone at Morton & Furbish were great to work with and exceeded our expectations in every way. Thank you for hosting us and we look forward to our next visit.

Ski in ski out - great!
Great condo with easy ski in and ski out from beginner area. We enjoyed the separate TV area for the kids and the comfy seating for the grownups. We'll be back!

pull out couch and kids room are extremely uncomfortable beds. could use one more queen size bed in the co do. kids room does not warm up like the rest of the house. besides that the place was great.
