Escape to this spectacular modern 2 bedroom apartment, perfectly located on Colley Terrace in the heart of Glenelg. Situated on the third floor (accessed by a secure lift), relax and enjoy beautiful park views of Colley Reserve and the Bay coastline, while having the luxury of your own private oasis to nestle into.



The Space:

Complete with an open plan kitchen and living area, with two large leather lounges, the apartment features a lengthy balcony which includes a lounge, dining area & BBQ, providing a sensational indoor/outdoor experience.



Why not enjoy a coffee in the morning using our Nespresso machine, or a wine in the evening, overlooking gorgeous views towards the beach and over the greenery of the reserve.



The bedrooms are stylishly decorated, each with a super comfortable king or queen sized bed, and built in robes. Picky with your pillows? We supply 4 on each bed (2 density types), with spare pillow varieties in the wardrobe so you can select your perfect comfort level.



The large contemporary bathroom has everything you need, featuring a walk in shower, bath, toilet and laundry all in one. There is one large plush Bath sheet and one beach/pool towel supplied per guest. So you can travel light, we also supply body wash, hand soap, hotel size shampoo/conditioner and a hairdryer.



For extra pampering, feel free to enjoy the facilities of this luxury resort-style building with access to the internal gym, pool and sauna facilities included in your stay.



The line-up of pine trees, buzzing esplanades, Colley Reserve, Glenelg beach and the yachts and boardwalks of Holdfast Marina, make up the fantastic atmosphere surrounding the apartment. Indulge in the fun mania of the Beach House, or keep it couples' only with dinner on the Marina, a stroll along the beach at sunset, or a wander down Jetty Road for an array of restaurants, bars, boutiques, and groceries.

Guest Access:

Undercover secure park for 1 car only. Free access to the buildings Gym, Sauna, Plunge pool, Spa and Swimming pool, which is located on level 1 - entry level. (please note, current COVID restrictions requires guests to be booked in with Reception who will provide a key to the area).



The pool, sauna, spa, plunge pool, and gym/fitness room are fully operational.



The Neighborhood:

One of Glenelg’s best positions (in our opinion), having Jetty Road, Glenelg beach and all the lifestyle amenities the bay has to offer at your doorstep. There are over 300 local businesses to choose from along the kilometre long main street that is Jetty Road, and when you’ve shopped til you’ve dropped you can reward yourself with a fabulous coffee, a glass of wine or a meal in one of our many interesting cafés or restaurants, ranging from quirky and casual to formal dining.



Getting Around:

Bus's, trams all easily accessible from the apartment. Don’t forget to experience a ride in one of Glenelg’s iconic trams, which take you from Jetty Road right through to the City to Adelaide’s Entertainment Centre.



Other Things to Note:

This is a self catering property. We do provide linen, towels and beach towels, along with a starter consumables pack which includes a small amount of tea, coffee, coffee pods, milk, shampoo, conditioner, soap & toilet paper. Depending on your length of stay and usage, you may need to purchase additional consumable items during your stay.



For extended stays over 21+ nights, mid-stay servicing is required for the upkeep of the property. We will notify you when this is due to occur



Please ensure you list the correct amount of persons in your booking requests because this also ensures you get enough linen included for each guest.

The car park entrance is located behind the building, accessible only via Durham street from the Anzac Highway side (as it's a one way street), however you need to go to the front of the building to collect the key fob first before you will be able to access the secure park.

There is strictly no smoking (including on balconies) and no parties allowed at this property.

A Portacot is supplied free of charge (please note, no bedding or linen is supplied for cot).

Brilliant Location

Great location

Great location and accommodation. Washer and dryer was handy. Parked the car and walked everywhere. Check in was a little confusing and difficult. Found communication difficult because it’s only via text or email, when called to sort it out they couldn’t help. Got there in the end.

Special Treat Stay 4 Us

The property is modern, simple, contains the little things like pepper and salt, foil, cling wrap, a few spices, oil, these things matter, especially for country people like Raeah and I. Beach towels, omg that was lovely, didn't have to worry about the white towels going to beach. Coffee, tea, it was a treat for us to not worry so much about budget and have a special stay. Highly recommend, quick responses when I had questions and we left the place as we found it best, we could. Was lovely to have a cold morning beach swim and I discovered the sauna day 3. Thank you for everything, we hope to stay again. Love Light Donna-Lee & Raeah Broken Hill.

Perfect spot

We had a great time staying at this property. It was set in an ideal location with great parks across the road for the youngest of the family and only a short walk to all the food you could wish for. Lovely view, great amenities and a very smooth booking and check in process. Would recommend and would stay again if back in town.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, it was really easy access to Jetty Road and the tram into the city. The apartment has a great balcony and nice view. The kitchen has everything needed and the bathroom was a really good size. We were a little disappointed in the gym as it was very small with only limited equipment. The second bedroom also has an interesting structure and is quite open to the rest of the apartment. Overall though, it’s modern and a great location!

Very nice area but couldn’t say I enjoyed it due to…….. the fire in the below unit which we were not alerted or informed of!!! Also the toxic odour made it unpleasant in the hotel Any communication with Oakes Liberty towers was very disappointing and they told us it was privately owned unit and had nothing to do with them!!!! My concern was who takes responsibility of informing us ?? Spoilt my stay as was anxious should a fire break out at nite & I couldn’t confide in husband as he was having radiotherapy If I could’ve moved I would’ve done so Was a lot of money for this episode/ risk which we didn’t enjoy and no reassurance given from oaks liberty towers …… very unhappy , no reimbursement for wot happened or risk/ noisy blowers in the passage for days

Thanks for your feedback Di. Being privately owned and managed, this property isn't exclusively part of the Oaks management group, so any conversations you had with them directly was not relayed to us, particularly regarding any reimbursements, which would not be handled by them. As we were only informed of this fire when you alerted us to it a few days later, we immediately followed this up with the Oaks building management, and found they were already investigating why some people in the building failed to hear the fire alarms, which did go off that morning. The alarms are apparently at the required db levels, but I believe they are now getting this updated even louder to stop this occurring in future. From what we were informed, the blowers you mentioned were on the floor below yours, where the fire occurred, so I'm not sure how these affected you noise wise? It certainly wasn't relayed to us directly that you had experienced issues with noise from this or were seeking any such reimbursement. The conversations you had with us, were focussed on informing us of what happened so we could look into it, which we very much appreciate you doing. I'm sorry your two week stay was dampended towards the very end by this unfortunate incident. We do feel confident the Oaks building management are addresssing this as a matter of urgency, so this shouldn't be an issue for guests in the future.
