Looking for the ideal golf getaway or a relaxing family vacation? This beautifully furnished, pet-friendly (dogs only) 1st-floor villa offers all the comforts of home and more. Enjoy an open floor plan with elegant wood flooring throughout. The kitchen features modern cabinetry, granite countertops, and full-size appliances, with a convenient full-sized washer and dryer nearby. The main level also includes a powder room just off the dining area.

Relax in the cozy living room, complete with comfortable furniture, a flat-screen TV, and a sofa sleeper. The dining area seats six and opens to a patio with sliding glass doors overlooking the Atlantic Dunes golf course. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom offers two queen-size beds.

This property is dog-friendly; however, there is a size restriction of 30lbs or less. The pet fee is $125.00 and there is a refundable pet deposit of $250.00 pending no damage to the villa.

Plantation Club is ideally located near Harbour Town, renowned for its scenic Yacht Basin, iconic lighthouse, diverse restaurants, shops, and vibrant live entertainment. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament. Tennis fans can play on 23 championship clay courts at the Sea Pines Racquet Club, one of the top-rated teaching facilities in the country.

Just a five-minute walk from Sea Pines' premier beach and the popular Beach Club, you can indulge in ocean views, excellent dining, and stunning sunsets. For a refreshing swim, the family-friendly Plantation Club pool is less than 100 yards from your door. Explore the area easily with a bike rental shop next door and a trolley stop about 100 yards away, providing convenient access to Harbour Town and other Sea Pines attractions.

Great location in Sea Pines

We had a wonderful day at this location. Everything was extremely convenient short walk to the beach, pool and restaurants at recommend for convenience and location.

Great location and accommodations

Have stayed at numerous VRBO properties... this is a great location and perfect for two adult couples... a few more amenities in the kitchen and a better king mattress would have made it ideal!

Clean, spacious, great location

Stayed for the RBC Heritage. Easy walk to the beach, bike shop. Trolley stop right out in front. About a 30 min walk to harbor town. Quiet location, lots of parking. Unit is fully stocked. Would absolutely stay here again.

Plantation villa

Older condo which has been well cared for and was extremely clean. Had a nice view of the golf club and within close proximity to the beach club. I was very comfortable and would recommend it.

Pet Friendly Vacation

This company was amazing to work with. The VRBO we previously booked cancelled the day before our stay. They were quick to answer me regarding their pet policies and made rebooking easy and less stressful. The apartment itself was very nice and spacious. It is in a gated community so make sure to keep your passes handy. I loved how bike friendly the whole area is.

Great Location. Needs some updating. Also, needs A new coffee maker. Only had a Mr. coffee 5 cup maker. Did have two other coffee makers in laundry room but no carafe’s for either one. Easy walk to the beach so that’s a huge plus. Property managers were fabulous.

It appears to have been recently updated, it was so cozy and very put together. The location was perfect, we walked and rode our bikes everywhere. It was a bit too cold to use the pool but it looked nice from when we walked by it. We enjoyed watching the golfers from the outdoor table. We will definitely be booking this property again in the future.

Family Fun Getaway

We enjoyed having a space all our own to relax in during our family reunion (20+ ppl). The condo is nice, quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed if one to cook and the appliances are very nice. The only down side of our stay was the ac breaking mid week. It made for one very hot, rough night but the team responded quickly when we called the next morning and fixed it by early afternoon the next day. It worked perfectly after that. You’ll love the location and the pool was quiet, shaded, and clean, so made for fabulous swimming to cool off at any time of day.

The unit was not clean, the charcoal grill was dirty, The carpets were stained. The kitchen did not have mixing bowls and other useful utensils.

Good, not great

Check in process was easy, but when we got to the condo, cleaning crew was still inside. We weren't able to access the condo until 2 hours after check in time. Wasn't a huge deal, but it was a small hiccup. Our kids killed time by jumping in the pool while we waited. The good: Location was great - right down the road from Sea PInes Shopping Center, and we rented bikes from Peddling Pelican (located in that shopping center). Easy bike ride to Sea Pines Beach Club. with our children and all of our beach gear. Great first floor access, which backs up to golf course, made it easy to take our dog outside. Pool was not crowded, and a nice cool temperature, which is not always the case for pools in August in HHI. Washer and dryer worked great. So important to have when staying at the beach. The bad: Master bed was VERY firm. We like a firm bed, but it was too firm for our liking. Living room furniture wasn't very comfortable. Master bath water pressure in sink was low. Sink didn't drain well. Master bath light bulbs all burnt out and management company was quick to bring 3 more. That was nice. Kitchen could have used better frying pans and cookie sheets. Couldn't add any apps to TV - would have liked to log in to our own YouTubeTV, but it is password protected. Overall, we enjoyed our trip,. but not sure we would stay here again.

There clearly have been improvements addressing some of the issues in prior reviews, such as fresh paint and a new floor. The living room sofas, kitchen supplies, and bathrooms could benefit from some updating, but overall we were very comfortable staying there. What made this unit special was the location! It is close to the Plantation Club clubhouse, where we spent many hours practicing driving, chipping and putting. It is also a quick walk/bike ride to the Beach Club for access to the beach, a beach bar, and a good restaurant.

Great location but filthy

Stayed here because of convenient location and dog friendly but would not recommend. The apartment was filthy, smelled moldy and decor was dated. We realize what “dog friendly” means but this was unacceptable.

We love Hilton Head and have been coming there for over 30 years. This is the first time we’ve stayed in this particular complex. The check-in and checkout process was seamless. The rental company was very responsive. The pictures are deceiving though. Although it’s very roomy spacious unit, it needs an overhaul. Painting, deep cleaning, new mattresses, etc. A lot of the silverware and dishes were dirty. I always re-washed everything anyway. It’s a first floor, corner unit; So it is nice and private. It’s right on the golf course so the view is very pretty. I don’t think we’d stay here again. Palmetto dunes is where we usually stay but there was no room in the inn this year.

A great pet-friendly condo

My husband and I greatly enjoyed staying in this condo with our dog. It was comfortable and clean and had a gorgeous view of the golf course out the back door on the patio. My only recommendation to the owner is that the couch should be replaced; the cushions are comfortable but the frame and springs underneath felt quite worn.

Great location

This condo was located in a great location. It was in walking distance to the beach, sea pines shops, bike rental shop and harbour town shops. This condo also included beach chairs which was nice!
