Condo with Harbor View and walking distance to Downtown Ludington!

Harbor View is an open concept warehouse loft condo featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, balcony with view of the water, and fully equipped kitchen.

Sleep comfortably on standard size beds in each bedroom. Prepare your fresh coffee and breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen. Then make your way to the balcony with a view of the harbor and The Badger. You can also head to the roof top deck for panoramic views of Lake Michigan.

After a day at the beach or exploring, enjoy the indoor pool and/or hot tub, or snuggle up next to the fireplace with a glass of wine.

Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit - no need to leave the condo. Linens and towels provided.

Located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Only a short distance to the beach by bike or car.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The condo was the perfect size for our group of four. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking equipment, dishes, glassware, etc., and there was more than enough laundry soap and other cleaning supplies for the week. The balcony was a nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee or cocktail and take in the arrival or departure of the SS Badger. We were also surprised to see a gas grill available for use (this was not listed as an amenity on the description). We didn’t use it, but appreciated the option to grill. I’ve been vacationing in Ludington at the Harbor Terrace since 2014 and can’t say enough good things about the overall property. We hope to return to this Harbor View condo in the future.

Anniversary getaway

Email address says north but building outside says east so a little confusing. Inside dishwasher needs replacing and kitchen pipes rattle like they’re going to break. Unit was clean and close to all restaurants. We walked everywhere. There was an odd smell , which I think may have been coming from the garbage disposal, but I was afraid to turn it on with the pipes rattling so bad. Nice unit and good location..

Great location, walking distance to downtown's shops and restaurants. Loud noise when the kitchen water gets shut off and on. One of the bunk beds squeaks and could use some attention (might need minor repair to some of the springs - please fix!). No pillow cases... only pillows/shams in the bedrooms and no extra pillows/cases. Need to include in the description that guests should bring their own pillow and pillow cases- or supply more.

Spring break getaway

Contact with the property manager was great. Nikki replied quickly with my issues checking in. Condo was nice. The beds were comfortable. We had some problems with the heat - very cold one night. The pool and hot tub were a big hit.

Great location!

Condo is in a great location, clean, perfect size for our family. The indoor pool and spa was plus for our fall stay, our kids love it. Indoor parking was a plus. We will definitely be back.

Lovely Condo in a Great Location!

Like one reviewer said, this place looks even better in person than in the pictures! The high ceilings, window, and the deck were lovely, and the rooms were comfortable (though those who slept in the bunk beds did mention that they squeaked slightly). The location was also great, being in walking distance to the marina and much of downtown Ludington. I would suggest a little more lighting in the main living areas, as things could get kind of dark inside when it was heavily overcast and rainy outside. And as another person mentioned, it was a bit odd and a hassle to have to do all the extra paperwork outside of simply booking a place on VRBO like we usually do. But overall, we had an excellent experience in this beautiful place, and would definitely come here again!

Wonderful Place!

Seldomly is the actual property better than the photos. This one sure is! What a GREAT place. A beautiful, well-designed condo with lots of space, very comfortable beds, a fantastic kitchen and a cozy outdoor deck with a marina view. The huge sectional gave us both room to stretch out and enjoy watching the US Open Tennis Finals on the large TV over the fireplace. Scented candles made for relaxing evenings after long days hunting for rocks and beach glass. A perfect location, right around the corner from shopping and dining. The condo was obviously well built and was very quiet. The indoor parking was a blessing when we loaded up our car during a heavy rain. The Westshore Management Team was very responsive and easy to work with. We look forward to staying there again as soon as possible! Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo!
