Great location and connection with operators for checkin. Shower has constant drip, could have been cleaner at arrival, and could use lighting (kitchen, living room, hall) updates. Fun stay!

Cozy apartment close to ski hill
This is a cozy apartment with a good kitchen and comfortable beds, it is a short walk (5-10mins) or free bus shuttle to the Peak 8 base and on the shuttle route to town.

Great ski house!
Short (~4 min/.1 mile) walk to a Breckenridge bus stop that takes you right to the base of the mountain. The condo was clean, well furnished and very homey. The owners were great communicators and responded ti all messages quickly. Definitely recommend!

Condo was very comfortable. Love the combination shower. Totally enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Location was great -- close to bus stop and Peak 8 base. Host was quick and responsive to questions. Strongly recommend!

You can tell the owners really love this place. However, we had a really hard time sleeping at this particular condo:Cons:No air conditioning, the windows didnt have screens so we couldnt open windows. When we opened the sliding glass door a bird flew in, luckily no one was hurt.The sheets were washed in highly scented detergent so my daughter and I had eczema reactions for three days.The condo was under construction which we weren't aware of, lots of sharps near the property. Only coin laundry was available which we also didnt know.Lots of dog hair Noisy neighbors smoking weed at all hours ( owners were sensitive to this when we reported it)Pros:Excellent communication and welcome from ownersLocation is near bus pick up and the GondolaBeautiful views of trees

From the Owner: " Thank you so much for your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations.To clarify, our condo unit is not currently under construction. While the complex is undergoing exterior painting, our building is scheduled for a later phase, and we’ve proactively blocked our calendar during that time to avoid any guest disruption.Regarding the air conditioning, Breckenridge’s average summer high is approximately 69°F, making AC quite uncommon in the area. We would have been happy to assist with opening the windows for ventilation, and each closet is equipped with fans for guest use.We appreciate you bringing the issue with the sheets and hair to our attention. This is not feedback we’ve received previously, and as pets are not permitted in our unit, we will ensure our cleaning team takes extra care moving forward. We always encourage guests to reach out with any specific requests or health-related concerns prior to arrival so we can best accommodate them.As for the concern about smoking near the condo, this is the first report we've received, and we’re sorry you encountered this. We will continue to monitor the situation closely.Thank you again for your comments—they help us improve and ensure a better experience for all future guests."

Wasn’t Disappointed
This was a perfect place to stay for our first trip to Breckenridge. The lack of signage made it confusing finding the way to our unit, but fortunately another resident helped us out. Carrying 50 lb suitcases up the stairs with bad knees was a slight challenge. We would definitely stay here again (on the first level) as it was very homey, clean and a short distance from the shops/restaurants.

Great Place to Stay
This property was perfect for a week in Breckenridge. Easy access to Peak 8 (~10 minute uphill walk or pay to park at the lot right across the street) and very close to Main Street. The place was clean and spacious enough for four of us. The hosts were extremely responsive and easy to get in touch with. We had a problem with the electronic lock and texted the hosts, who responded immediately and solved the issue in less than two minutes. One minor inconvenience was the wifi seemed to be inconsistent at times. Members of the group worked from the unit a few days during the week, and the wifi crashed a couple of times. Other than that, no complaints, issues, or problems. I would certainly stay at this property again next time I am in Breckenridge to snowboard.
