This unique 5,000 sq.ft. hillside villa is nestled in the jungle in Alta Vista, walking distance to "Restaurant Row" and Puerto Vallarta´s "Romantic Zone" in the friendly Los Muertos Beach area. Bars, restaurants and tour agencies abound.

As an extension of the living area and kitchen, the spacious terrace and pool become the focal point of the house with breathtaking views of town and the bay.

Villa Joya has been renovated and redecorated providing modern comfort along with old world charm. Beautiful rock walls, winding stairways, wrought iron details, floating basins in the bathrooms, a modern kitchen and unique ethnic décor all add to the mystique. The master bedroom features a large sitting area and an impressive bathroom with a huge Jacuzzi reminiscent of a luxurious Roman bath. One of the guest rooms incorporates the surrounding jungle into the living space, providing a private palapa getaway with vines and hammocks.

The price includes grocery shopping to make sure items are available in the casa when guests arrive as well as restocking. (The house manager will submit receipts for reimbursement). Is also included welcome cocktails and snacks, like salsa and guac. Breakfast prep included every morning, as well as all-day pool-side cocktail/snack service. (Again, cost of ingredients to be reimbursed by the clients).

Lunch & dinner preparation & cleanup for an additional can be arranged for a very reasonable prep fee.
