Welcome to this luxury 3 level, over 1600sqft, townhome with a private garage to safely store all your Ski or bike equipment.

Ski-in Ski-out or a short walk (800 meter) to the village centre. With both the Orient and Morrissey chair lift just a stone's throw away this is THE BEST location for mountain access.

Upstairs features 2 bedrooms, each with full ensuites

The main floor is designed for entertaining with the kitchen, dining room, and living room leading to a patio space with the BBQ. This floor also has a convenient half bathroom and access to the garage and front entrance.

Downstairs is a basement designed for comfort, featuring a living space with couch and TV that leads to the lower patio private hot tub. The space also includes a double-over-queen bunk bed, another full bathroom and a laundry room.

The unit is Perfectly designed for one larger family or up to three couples, offering plenty of space for everyone to enjoy time together and privacy to relax and recover

All year round enjoy the beautiful south facing views of Mount Morrissey from the patio decks off all 3 levels

Perfect family ski vacation spot

We had a wonderful stay at this great ski in/ ski out location. Our big family fit perfectly, plenty of space and activities for everyone. It was our first trip to Sun Peaks, and we’re already planning to go back again!

Nicely appointed ski condo

We found the unit to be very well appointed with amenities and close to the hill for ski in / ski out. The property owner was very easy to reach when we had questions and the check out clean up process was quite easy. We look forward to renting here again in the future.

Comfy, clean and well equipped

Our second year staying at this lovely townhouse chalet. It is clean! Comfy - all bedrooms have their own washroom. It is well equipped - nothing missing in the kitchen; all bathrooms are equipped with extra supplies; private hot tub. And the biggest bonus - the hosts are amazing!

Fabulous winter escape

We are a family from Australia who are regular visitors to Sunpeaks. The location and condo are superb, with excellent amenities and fully equipped with everything you would expect and need. Easy access to lifts and lovely walk to village. Jessica was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning.

Fabulous location and well equipped townhouse chalet

Super easy location ski-in and ski-out townhouse chalet. Walking distance to the village. A perfect place to stay at. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the required small appliances and kitchen equipment/dishes etc. Jessica is the best host. Thank you!

Jessica’s beautiful condo is our home away from home. It provided the perfect base for our family ski trip with our adult children and their partners. We each had our own space and there was plenty of room for family dinners and hot tubs get togethers. The kitchen had every possible gadget you could wish for. Ski in/ski out was an added bonus. Jessica was incredibly helpful and a great communicator. I could not recommend this stay more highly

Cozy and convenient

We absolutely loved our stay as it was easy to walk to the village and easy to access the lifts (with a short walk) and then you could ski right home, almost to your door. Kitchen was fully equipped (minus a salad spinner, so keep that in mind when shopping), spacious downstairs for families, and the upper roomsare really nice. Lots of bathrooms for big groups which makes it easy on everyone! Garage is equipped as an area to get ready with lots of room for everyone getting boots on. Host was very helpful. We would stay again and recommend.

A perfect family getaway

Jessica's townhouse was perfect for our family ski holiday. The layout worked very well for us with our 3 adult children and son-in-law. The kitchen was a dream with every possible gadget and utensil that we could possibly need. The location is excellent with its close proximity to the slopes and a short walk to the village. Jessica is a great communicator and any minor issues were quickly sorted. An added bonus was the lovely neighbours and their gorgeous dogs. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely perfect from start to finish

We stayed here Jan 31 2024 for 4 days. The weather wasn’t what we expected but we made the best of it. The accommodations were clean , check in was very simple and fast , couldn’t ask for a better owner to deal with. Jessica was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We felt at home in this very well laid out condo. We were a group of 7 , the village is a couple minute walk away , and a chair lift is within a 2 minute walk from the condo. We really enjoyed our time here and look forward to coming back next season !!!

This house was fully equipped and fantastic. We will absolutely stay here again next time we're in Sun Peaks. The home was warm and welcoming, the furniture and beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped (we used the panini press several times!) coffee options included a stocked Keurig and a drip coffee maker. the fireplace was lovely, and the TV was fully loaded with every streaming service. Jacuzzi was hot and ready, luxurious towels for jacuzzi and shower. Laundry available was very nice. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, and the resort exceeded our expectations :) summary: stay here!

Our accommodations were fabulous. They were clean and well stocked with everything you need! Location is great, well within walking distance to the village. Sun Peaks is beautiful in the summer! We spent time in the village and went on a couple great e-bike rides. Would definitely stay again!

Snow Vacay

We were a group of two moms and two teenage sons so the dual bedroom suites upstairs away from the noise were delightful, but my favorite part were the trees covered in snow and twinkling lights that we enjoyed from the private hot tub. Well done!

Best Rental Experience Ever!!

Jessica was the best host I've ever dealt with. She was super accommodating with all of my requests and changes. The condo was fabulous - two master suites (each has its own washroom) plus a separate downstairs room that would sleep 6 (and another bathroom). The living room couch was super comfy - and the beds were even MORE comfy. All of the finishes were top notch. The location of this condo was perfect too, just a short walk to the Village- which our group did every day!! Thanks again Jessica!
