Cozy one bedroom apartment in the Karon-Kata area with Big Buddha and mountain views! The Residence is sitting on a hillside overlooking Kata Bay and is surrounded by tropical forests. A short drive to the city center and the beach. Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants that are on the main road to the beach area. Santosa SPA wellness center is a part of the complex and offers a nice outdoor cafe with a juice bar as well as an open-air vegetarian restaurant.
The apartment features a well-appointed bedroom with a double bed, soft linens, and a storage space for your belongings. A living area is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring local attractions. One extra person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, so we can host 3 people or a couple with a child. Please let us know in advance if you need us to set up bedding before your arrival.
The kitchen is great for cooking, has cutlery & kitchenware, pans & pots, stovetop, toaster, microwave, and kettle.
Electric usage is included in the price, close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all the lights when you leave.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.
Late check-in is available on request. All guests need to provide copies of their passports at the time of booking.
