Sunrise1770 residential eco estate provides our guests with access to first-class facilities located nearby & includes 2 x 25m infinity pools, shaded children wading pool, bbq kabana facilities, tennis and volleyball court, children playground plus private beach track access to four amazing remote beaches. Sunrise 1770 is an expansive estate with properties located upon ocean view ridgetops so there are a few steep hills to negotiate if walking - parking facilities are provided at pools and beach access points.
Note pools are not located at the actual property. They are located at the shared estate facilities.
Sunrise estate is located a short 5 minute drive from the main town center of Agnes Water, here you will find specialty shops , supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Further on another 5 min drive you will come upon historical Town 1770 location point for Great Barrier reef day trips.

Restrictions
This private gated estate is governed by on-site body corporate managers whom are active with ensuring regulations are met. Please ensure you are familiar with these terms & that the property is suitable for your needs. Bookings are only accepted for families and quiet respectful people.
Regulations;
Strictly no Pets permitted within the estate or at the property
Heated deck Spa - usage of this spa is strictly only permitted between the hours of 8am & 8pm
A Strict no after-hours noise policy applies from 9pm & loud music or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated, large all adult group gatherings for party type events, buck, hens nights , weddings, 21sts, youth groups including schoolies - are not permitted
Strict numbers as per registration form permitted only - visiting guests are not permitted within the estate.
20km speed limit at all times
If for some reason Management needs to attend due to complaints you may be asked to vacate ( a refund will not be issued)
No caravans, boats, trailers etc, or camping permitted at properties
