'Harbour View - One' offers wonderful presentation, quality furnishings & superb comfort. It is situated above Nelson's spectacular waterfront offering the most incredible views & sunsets over beautiful Tasman Bay, Haulshore Island & the Boulder Bank - very ideal for travellers keen to taste the best of life in this beautiful city!
'Harbour View - One' is the perfect Nelson retreat - ideal for travellers keen to taste the best of life in this beautiful city!.
'Harbour View - One' occupies the lower level of this address. This apartment can be booked together with the upper level 'Harbour View - Two' via our 'Harbour View - Three' listing, giving you exclusive use of the property with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living, kitchen & dining areas.
**Special conditions & notes**:
- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.
- Access - Please note that access to Harbour View is via a steep but safe driveway.
- Car parking - There is just one car park available with this apartment. If you have an additional vehicle this will need to be parked below on Poynters Crescent.
- Stairs - as the apartment must be accessed via stairs, access may be challenging for elderly, disabled or those who have difficulty with walking.
- Children - Due to stairs for access & glass balustrades, this apartment is not suitable for mobile infants, or children under 12.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)
